We've been to Greece many times and Rhodes a few but never to Faliraki and I have to say we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday there. The basic essential is a good base and the Fresh Hotel is certainly that. It's clean, modern small friendly hotel Our room 308 was clean and modern with a huge comfortable double bed. The shower room was well equipped with a walk in shower. The room was cleaned daily, even on day 1 having arrived late the previous night. The only criticism is a lack of storage space in the room but we dealt with that without too many issues. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds and no need for sunbed wars. The pool is plenty big enough and could be on the cool side as while the sun is on the sunbeds most of the morning the pool didn't get full sun until late morning. However it was so refreshing. Another good thing is its uniform depth at 1.30m. Breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold options. Comfort is great but a hotel is also made by its staff and here they are so friendly and cheery. Particular mention to Phil, Rafaela and our room attendant whose name we didn't find out. Breakfast was always well organised but when Rafaela wasn't there it was just a little less well organised. Lunch food was good value as were drinks. The hotel is about a 20/25 minute easy walk from the main resort and beaches. You do have to cross a busy main road but there are pedestrian crossings to help. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a small and friendly hotel. Would quite happily return.

What can I say other than EXCELLENT! We were made to feel welcome by all the lovely staff at Fresh hotel from the moment we checked in, breakfast was lovely and fresh, pool and lobby/bar area very smart clean and tidy. Our room was cleaned daily, I would recommend the food at the poolside, its very good value and tasty. We will definitely return.

The Fresh hotel is a clean , friendly hotel . Food is affordable, fresh and delicious. The restaurant is clean and breakfast which was included in package was buffer style and plentiful. One occasion we booked a trip ( through hotel) and the restaurant was opened earlier for us to have breakfast before we departed which was most grateful as there was a long day ahead of us . The staff are so friendly Rafaela was such a lovely young lady who always had a smile and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed .In the evening we had plenty of laughter with Phill who was a waiter .On arrival to hotel we we greeted by Nik who was so welcoming and friendly and cooked us pizza . Thank you to all the staff for such a wonderful stay 🌞

This hotel is such a treat. Staff are all excellent and so friendly, always there to help. This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the main strip and there are numerous restaurants to eat in. We tried quite a few but I would highly recommend The Bridges, which is enroute to town, and Eat Greek which is just opposite Monkeys beach bar. We went with friends who stayed for a week but we were there two weeks. We had a slight problem with the shower in our room which was fixed in no time . A special mention to Anna, our breakfast waitress who was lovely and spoke excellent English, and our number one barman Phillipos (excuse the spelling) who was absolutely the star of the hotel and kept us laughing. The receptionist was also really helpful with directions and information when needed. The rooms are cleaned daily and we had fresh towels every day - a special thanks to these ladies who worked hard and were also all very friendly. The breakfast was absolutely fine and there was always something which took your fancy. If you can't be bothered to go into town, the main meals in the hotel were also good and reasonably priced. We also hired towels rather than take them with us and these were really reasonably priced for the two of us for two weeks and you can change these every two days. There's a little supermarket just up the road to the right and right again from the hotel entrance and if you go right and then left at the end of the road, you'll find Mike's sports bar - also really friendly and food available if required - we had a snack there at lunch time a couple of times. We tried going to Rhodes old town via the bus but unfortunately the buses always arrived full - It was only 2.5 euros to go by bus and it's definitely worth a visit. We ended up getting a taxi which cost 30 euros. We truly enjoyed staying at the Fresh Hotel and would highly recommend. Can't wait for our next visit.

The hotel is okay, but nothing to get excited about – and definitely not a place we would return to. The breakfast buffet was dull and limited, mostly focused on English breakfast, which we found disappointing when in Greece. Most of the food was dry and rather boring. They even managed to mess up scrambled eggs (see photo). One morning, there were pancakes, but when I came at 9:10 (with the buffet running until 10:00), they were already gone. When I asked, the staff told me that no more would be made, despite there still being 50 minutes left of breakfast service. The pool was the coldest I have ever experienced. No one ever swam in it, and people audibly gasped when they tried to go in. I’ve traveled to many places, but never have I come across a pool this freezing. In our room, the bedside lamp didn’t work, and neither did the power socket next to my bed, which meant I couldn’t charge my phone or anything else. By the pool, they played the same techno-remix playlist on repeat all day long. It got so bad that guests started bringing their own speakers to drown it out. The playlist had maybe 10 songs on loop, and within two hours I heard the same track over five times. Even now, the songs are still stuck in my head after coming home. On the positive side, the staff were friendly. However, overall we cannot recommend this hotel and will not be coming back.
