Orion Hotel Faliraki

Great hotel and great room with air con, safe, mini fridge and kettle. Our block was newly refurbished with really comfortable beds and great shower. The hotel is in a great location, walk outside and bars, restaurants and shops are right on your door step. The pool is fab and never had to fight for a sun bed. The hotel staff are great, reception lady in the morning very friendly and helpful. Maria and her team behind the bar and restaurant were superb and the food was great, better than some of the restaurants in the town. Great buffet breakfast with varied choice, my only criticism is they only had earl grey teabags which I don’t like but wasn’t a problem as had tea in my room. Lots of coffees and juices. Faliraki is great and has something for everyone, all different ages and a great vibe. The beach is a five minute walk down the road opposite the hotel and is sandy and plenty of beds and umbrellas. Lots to watch with water sports taking place. Highly recommend Faliraki and Orion Hotel - superb and will definitely be back.

The staff and facilities here were fantastic. The hotel has recently been refurbished so everything looks and smells clean and new. Our room was cleaned daily throughout our 10 day stay. Tanya, our cleaner was particularly attentive. The only issue I had was with the lack of disabled facilities. No room in toilets for my wheelchair and that meant I was reliant on my husband to physically lift me into the toilets (I am unable to stand). Tenerife, in comparison has excellent disabled access throughout! It still would not stop us visiting for a third time next year!

Lovely hotel, friendly staff who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We had an issue with our room when we arrived, the lovely lady at reception got us moved to another room the next morning. The lady at the pool bar is just amazing! The food delicious and good value. Our room was on the 4th floor of block 3. Lovely room, and the cleaning staff are wonderful. Breakfast was nice, good selection.

Been coming to this hotel many years and seen the changes over those years. However during the winter break the main block of the property has under gone a multi million Euro investment. All rooms have been totally refurbished from top to bottom. Bathrooms modernised with new walk in showers, toilet and basins. New built in wardrobe, mini fridge and in room security box, balcony doors and curtains all changed. This changed the whole holiday making it one of the best for me and my family. Owners and staff still the best, food still excellent can't wait to go back in October. Thanks again.

E Excellent very clean rooms, great pool and bar, lovely breakfast and walking distance to 30+ restaurants and the beach. A must stay.
