A lovely hotel with it's own private access to the crystal blue sea. I travelled alone and the staff were wonderful, Alex, Tony, Fradarico thank you! Firstly the reviews about the 'lads' bless them. They knew when they arrived they were out of place and overhearing how uncomfortable certain people were making them feel is not on, it's their holiday as well. I'm sure it people actually just asked them, politely, to keep it down they would have. The pool is for everyone to enjoy and kudos to Fraderico for sorting a fun game of water polo for us all, thoroughly enjoyed that and I think for the most part we sort of entertained some folk but dare I say it, having a laugh! Food is wonderful, loads of choice night after night and the drinks keep flowing, just help yourself or go to the aqua bar and Tony and team will keep you right. Having access to the sea is heaven, yip it requires a few steps but it was so tranquil and serene, take a towel and set up camp on the sandy patch to listen to the waves. Did hear people mention no hot water and whilst not ideal it's fixable I'm sure and you can access the spa if needed, just ask the staff are there to help. All in all a wonderful trip, far too short but they can't do enough for you. I'd love to come back.

This is, or rather was, a lovely hotel when my husband and I arrived. Serene, quiet and relaxing. The staff are lovely and friendly, the food is delicious and our room is pleasant with a large terrace. Room is very clean with housekeeping visiting every day. Our peace has been shattered however with the arrival of a group of lads intent on drinking the bar dry who scream, shout and swear throughout the day with seemingly no-one batting an eye. The hotel demographic is 50+ couples who just want to relax in the lovely surroundings and in peace but at the moment, it feels like a 18-30s Ibiza holiday. We paid for the My Favourite Club and the only real advantage to this was not having to share a pool area with ‘the lads’ although we could hear every swear word, screech, scream and chant from our pool. In addition to this, the evening entertainment started a couple of nights ago. Don’t bank on any sleep before midnight - the noise permeates the entire complex, into your room (we are a fair distance from the bar area but could barely hear each other in our own room). So much for a relaxing drink on our terrace of an evening. We then had to endure the 18-30s lads screeching across the complex until 1am. It is such a shame the atmosphere has taken such a drastic turn in the last 48 hours. We were thoroughly enjoying our holiday until then and would have come again if it wasn’t for the noise.

I’m here now it’s probably the worst holiday I’ve been on in 27years food is freezing and minimal some days you get more food begging on the side street the rooms are like jails reminds me of being in strange ways all round crap don’t waste your money

Good part first, staff are lovely & helpful, beds comfy, that’s it! Rooms are shabby, bathrooms grubby. Unable to have a decent shower the whole time, advertised as bath/shower, it’s just a shower over a very narrow, slippy bath. Food was disappointing, salads were nice.

Very good. No more to add. All good. Two wet days but that can happen anywhere. Still plenty to do. Cannot say anymore but have to submit mor letters.
