I had a wonderful holiday with my girlfriend at this hotel. We really liked the staff's service, and what we liked even more was waking up to direct sea views. I recommend renting a car to visit the island. The hotel offers everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We will be back in the future, thank you very much.

we have been to this hotel 4 times and have just booked again for May 16th the staff can't be faulted they look after you from beginning to end the views are fantastic and the hotel is maintained to a high standard can't wait to go back

Alua Soul has my heart! I enjoyed my holidays, if you want to relax and to have good time, this is your place! Entertainment was great, they had every day different entertainment, singers, acrobatic, dj, Greek night, karaoke night, saxophone !! All perfect! The food also was really nice , many of tastes. The stuff very friendly and helpful! The view that you have is amazing. Special thanks to everyone! See you next year!🫶🏼

We have just got home from a two week stay at this hotel, and all I can say is the best part of our holiday was coming home! Our room was damp smelt and had mould growing in the bathroom we asked to move rooms and all that was offered was no better. The food was a laugh because every meal they served sausages, sausage and curry sauce, sausage in a casserole sausages for breakfast, sausages, sausage, sausage! but they weren’t even proper sausages they were frankfurters. I’m gluten-free for basically every meal other than breakfast I was offered pasta pasta twice a day! On curry night it was turkey curry and pasta, disgusting! trust me, I no longer want to eat pasta the entertainment the first week we had two nights of entertainment the second week because they were closing down the food diminished like started off being kind of okay but as our holiday went on there got less and less choice! On a positive note the staff were lovely. The à la carte was the snack bar in the day which was not very often open became à la carte of the evening but there are no cooking facilities so it’s a set menu and all the food came down from the main restaurant so really what was the point of that? I could go on and on and on because I feel so letdown about this holiday that we had looked so forward to so hope it improves for next season and I so hope any of you that have booked it. Have a lovely holiday but don’t go at the end of October because it’s rubbish.

Everything was very nice! I enjoyed my holidays, the staff was really helpful and polite and the food was excellent also the area was really nice and a nice view of the sea
