King Jason Zante by Louis Hotels

One off the best hotels I can say we have been to. The hotel was exceptional and the staff could not do enough to make our stay memorable. Would definitely come back again. Only thing I could find wrong was only here for a week instead of two weeks. Would defo recommend a visit to this hotel. Very peaceful and tranquil.

This is going to be a long review…… We have just returned from the King Jason and want to go back immediately. The location is at the top of the town so a 5 minute walk there and back. To diversify for a second, the town is a far cry from the hotel in terms of star rating and elegance, it’s a shame the town feels the need to water down drinks and charge the earth. However we did find a nice little taverna with realistic prices near the end of the strip. Now back to the hotel. We chose a Swim up Room. It was lovely to step out onto our little decking and just relax and take a dip. Slight disadvantage was not being able to get pool side drinks delivered unless you got room service for a charge. I realise there are more problems in the world before you judge me! However, there was no issue in going and finding a luxury cabana next to the pool bar where you could order drinks. Very experience bartenders making fabulous cocktails. Very attentive and friendly. Remembering your drinks orders and knowing your names. The food was buffet style although you could book 2 different places to eat. Both of which were very good and the food was delicious. Again staff very attentive and professional. The difference with the buffet to other 5 star places i have stayed is that it was not piled high they put small amounts out so it was all very freshly cooked and plentiful, it kept coming. The salad area was very different and modern. Deliciously fresh salads each day. Lovely fresh bread station. Wine cabinet with an amazing selection included in the all inclusive and a choice to choose something else for a charge if you wanted. You could choose a wine and they would ensure you got that served to your table at lunch or dinner. Bottle not glass. The breakfast choice was again plentiful. Fresh fruit, a lovely yogurt station and a good choice at the hot selection. Now we come to the omelette station. I hope you are lucky enough to be there at the same time as George. Don’t be fooled by his disguise as Omelette Chef. He is truly fabulous and an amazing host. George is constantly checking on your comfort and is always around. He provides joy wherever he goes. The customer service from the chamber maids to the management was more than 5 star. From being greeted through to saying goodbye they made you feel very valued as their guest. Big shout outs for the ‘Captains’ they run a very polished show. Anastasia and Vasiliki on reception couldn’t do enough for you. Nothing was any trouble. Dionysus loved his golf buggie. He was so sweet and again would do anything for you. Zena, Alisia, Rosemary, Thakur and Dimitri all helped us feel so welcome and served us with such attentiveness. We loved them. Ernest, our lovely Bartender who kept us quenched. I wanted to take him home. Lastly Rudolfo. He was a true ambassador for the hotel and he is just amazing. Shout outs finished now. I will just finish by saying that one of the things I loved was the respect all the staff had for each other and how the managers treated their staff. My perception it was lovely to see staff being treated so well. All in all a fabulous experience and one that i would very highly recommend. Thank you King Jason and all who work there.

I booked a full body massage in the spa and I can honestly say it was well worth it. From the first meeting when booking to the finish all the staff at the spa were amazing. The lovely Alison who did my massage was incredible, very professional and just overall fabulous. I would definitely recommend it 100% Thank you all for a lovely welcome :)

Matthew and Alexandra were both fantastic - knew exactly what to do and did it perfectly. Feeling much better and will definitely book again. Would thoroughly recommend them both thank you x

Glorious and relaxing! Beautiful location, quiet and chilled vibes, excellent food and the service is exceptional. The staff are all incredible, very friendly and nothing too much trouble. I had a massage with Alexandra which was absolute bliss - she worked miracles and I left feeling like I was floating out of the room. The spa staff are brilliant and very welcoming, matching the rest of the hotel staff.
