We have just returned home after a wonderful 11 nights at this hotel. Thank you to all the amazing staff for making our holiday perfect. The quality of the food and drink was second to none, nothing was too much trouble, the whole place had a luxurious feel to it. We will definitely return. And thank you to the operations manager George for making me the best scrambled eggs every morning, We are going to miss you!

We spent 8 nights at King Jason Zante and it’s been an absolute dream. The amenities, service, food and room all epitomise luxury. The service has been unparalleled throughout our entire stay. From minute one you are welcomed with a drink and warm towel which is a nice touch after a long flight. All staff being incredibly friendly, professional and happy to help, whether it’s booking a taxi, recommending days out or dishes to try. There are too many names to mention, but to name a few George, Dionysus, Angela, Ernest, Mardenia, Fitim, Santosh, Dmitris, Elena, Parasveli, Cooney, Rodolfo and the Float Pool bar staff who all provided exemplary service throughout. George deserves a special shoutout the quality of his service is only outdone by the quality of his omelettes! This hotel offers some of the best food we’ve ever eaten, so a massive shoutout to all of the chefs. Whether it was the buffet or the al a cartes, everything has been sublime and the staff have been great recommending their personal favourites and dishes to try. The octopus at Pisco was delicious and the Creme Brûlée at Haroub is THE best dessert I’ve ever eaten. We stayed in room 313 which was a premier suite, & our room was spotless with a gorgeous view from the balcony. The hotel itself is a tranquil paradise, beautifully maintained, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. The entertainment was lowkey but enjoyable, and it was lovely to have Tsilivi just a short walk down the hill for an evening stroll. Thank you to everyone at King Jason Zante for an incredible holiday. We would return without hesitation and will be recommending the hotel to anyone and everyone. A truly five star experience from start to finish.

We’re on our final night and all I can say is wow… We spent 8 nights at King Jason Zante and it’s been an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, the reception team gave us the perfect welcome. They were always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful whenever we needed information or assistance arranging taxis. A special mention goes to Dionysus. The food and drinks have been exceptional. The à la carte restaurants are an absolute must, although the buffet is equally impressive, with a fantastic variety and outstanding quality. The chefs and staff at Haroub deserve particular praise for delivering some of the best food we've ever had at a hotel. The crème brûlée alone is worth a visit! We also loved the mint lemonade and strawberry lemonade, which were perfect in the heat for those looking for a non-alcoholic option. The service throughout the restaurants and bars was outstanding. Angela was fantastic, always attentive, friendly, and, and the team (especially Mardenia) at the Float Pool Bar were equally brilliant. Even when the hotel was busy and temperatures were high, the service was brilliant. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. George made us delicious omelettes every morning with a smile and is a real credit to King Jason Zante. It is so rare to see a manager so involved in the day-to-day running of a hotel. From breakfast through to dinner, he was always visible, checking in with guests and making sure everyone was having the best possible experience. Our room was spotless, with plenty of storage space and a gorgeous view from the balcony. The hotel itself is a tranquil paradise, beautifully maintained, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. We have had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. The food is incredible – the buffet is outstanding and just as good as the à la carte restaurants, which is something we’ve never experienced before. There is such a great variety and everything is cooked to a very high standard. The drinks are excellent, and the staff truly make this place special. Everyone is so friendly, attentive, and always checking if you’d like another drink or if there’s anything they can do to help. A special mention must go to George, the Operational Manager, who is absolutely lovely. He goes above and beyond for guests and genuinely cares about making your stay perfect. The hotel itself is spotless, with cleanliness maintained to an exceptionally high standard throughout. The setting is beautiful, the location is fantastic, and the views are simply stunning. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious stay. We will definitely be returning!

I’ll keep this brief for those looking to read the highlights of the hotel if scanning Trip Advisor for thoughts before booking. The hotel is immaculate, the staff are all well mannered, professional and courteous. The food in restaurants and the buffet was great quality. George does do a great omelette in the morning too. We found this all over Trip Advisor but have now experienced that he is very hands on as one of the managers. Drinks were many and branded spirits if asked for. Wine options were many too and a cellar near the restaurant for you to help yourself, a nice touch I’ve not experienced before. We had the standard room purely because the Google maps research showed the swim up rooms to mainly be in the shade in the mid to late afternoon which proved accurate. Therefore the standard room it was and we could not fault it. Cleaning staff all very friendly along with main staff, in fact not a member of staff we encourage seed that was anything other than helpful. The gym had everything you’d need and nothing you don’t but a cracking view. The pool was spread around and more than enough for a dip or a swim and the pool loungers were never fought over as there were plenty available and the comfiest we’ve ever encountered. Therefore bar staff bring a bottle of water and glasses in an ice bucket to you sun bathing too which was another nice touch. If you’re not sure whether to go and it is an option, don’t hesitate, you’ll not regret it
