A lovely hotel with lovely friendly and caring staff. We were in a garden suite which was huge with a lovely outdoor area. Special thanks go to George who really does make the best omelettes they are delicious! George went out of his way to make everything great for us he’s an absolute asset to the hotel. Special thanks also to Angela who came with lunch to our room when I wasn’t feeling well this was such a nice kind gesture. All of the staff were great and proud of there roles. We had a few issues and these were dealt with quickly. It’s about a ten minute walk into the town which wasn’t for us due to it being very busy but we were happy to relax in the hotel which has a nice chilled atmosphere.

I booked King Jason Zante to celebrate my fiancées birthday . I wanted something a little special I had a great feeling even before arriving after dealing with front office manager Giannis over email . You just know right …, We arrived late at night and had the most amazing welcome by Janis , Rodolfo , Manuala and Vasikili. The hotel is absolutely stunning and our room was a beautiful suite with private terrace and pool (501) It was more of a villa than a room. We felt instantly relaxed The hotel is situated on top of a hill with a real boho chic VIP atmosphere and you feel so special from the moment you arrive . This doesn’t happen by accident - the people here are incredible Chrysa from reception always made sure we were ok and helped with literally anything we needed , Antonia, Ergi, and Akshay looked after us so well in the bar setting as did every single member of the team . I just wish I got everyone’s name Eva was exceptional in her approach as guest relations manager The room service team were amazing as were the team topping up the minibar and looking after the pool . Such lovely professional people In the buffet the whole team were superb including Marco , Rena and Dimitris. The restaurant captain Angela was the ultimate in grace and professionalism as she constantly checked we were ok with such a lovely serene approach The food in the buffet / à la cartes was exceptional and the chefs were awesome . The food is beautifully prepared and the range superb The chef George was excellent , constantly checking that we knew what was available and even pastry chef Denote preparing delicious deserts We met the hotel General Manager on several days , a lovely man who should be very very proud of this team And then there is George …….the absolute epitome of customer service excellence! We met Operations Manager George on day 1 , he instantly remembered our names and went out of his way every single day to ensure we were having the best possible stay . He explained all the options to us every day and made it clear nothing would be a problem. He was so right ! He personally made sure my partner was incredibly well looked every day. He is a clearly a veteran hospitality senior manager and just gets the difference between good and exceptional! We’ll be sure to stay in touch Tsivili town is around 5-8 minutes away at the base of a hill but we didn’t visit a great deal as the hotel was so relaxing We headed into Zante town by taxi for a morning (16EUR) and takes around 12 minutes . Lovely scenery and a nice couple hours walking by the water. To summarise, The King Jason team made us feel so at home at this stunning hotel which we will remember for a very long time ! Very very sad to head home ! Thank you guys !

I’m on day two of my holiday and can only describe King Jason as heaven! I’ll be writing a full review when I leave but first to say how stunning the spa is! I’ve just had a wonderful massage from Matthew and could not be happier - he is fantastic and I had incredible treatment and service! Soteria (hopefully this is spelt correctly!)! is an incredible spa manager and is such a wonderful asset to the hotel. Highly recommend!
