Planos Aparthotel

The staff make this hotel they are fabulous, they need more staff you could be waiting a while for your drink only one barman. The food is on repeat as expected at an ai but we always found something to eat, we did eat out about 4 times in our second week. The entertainment is shocking it’s only on a few nights a week but you can use the sister hotel for entertainment if you wish. No problems getting a sunbed at lot of people seemed to be changing rooms while we where there our room was fine we had a pool view. If you go in summer holidays then the sunbeds will be a problem. They could do with some music round the pool area during the day.

it’s a beautiful hotel. But I’m not here to talk about that. I need to talk about the staff. Such a lovely warm welcoming individuals from the reception staff to the bar/dining staff were absolutely amazing. Lizeta felt like my mum away from home. Anna i felt like i’ve known her for years like a long time bestfriend everything was so natural. Debby was sooo lovely and attentive. & the service at the bar was great! Peta knows how to make a good drink i’ll tell you that! Amele was also very attentive, very kind and funny gave me such a laugh! Victor, Roman, Ahmed also thank you guys for such a wonderful stay! i wish i could’ve stayed longer and that’s only because of you all! Thank you so much you all made my birthday trip one to remember!

We had a wonderful stay, but what truly made the experience special was the amazing staff. A big thank you to Despoina, Anna, Lizeta, Elena, and Contestina for being so incredibly kind and welcoming. What meant even more to us was how sweet you all were with our daughter. She absolutely loved you all and definitely became your biggest fan during our stay! STAFF: The staff were absolutely wonderful and always made us feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and happy to assist whenever needed. A special mention goes to “Ahmed”, who was always smiling, professional, and made every meal feel more enjoyable. His positive attitude and excellent service really stood out. FOOD: The food was fresh, tasty, and there was plenty of variety throughout our stay. The restaurant was well organized and the drinks were great. We always found something we enjoyed. HOTEL: The hotel was spotless and very well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, modern, and cleaned every day to a high standard. Everything felt fresh and relaxing.

We stayed as a large group for a family wedding, some stayed as part of the all inclusive package, we stayed as Bed and Breakfast. The hotel itself is medium size, very smart decor. The rooms are a good size and are nice and modern. We stayed in the swim up room, a feature I would recommend. The pool is a strip that runs the length of several rooms and affords a degree of privacy. The breakfast selection was good (buffet style), Friends who were on all inclusive gave generally good reviews. The only disappointment is the lack of a proper hotel bar, it would have been nice to have a drink from a proper bar! The staff were excellent and cannotbefaulted. A good family hotel!
