Planos Aparthotel

The one thing I must say about this hotel is that most of the staff are absolutely amazing and they can’t do enough for you. Debbie (guest liaison) was incredible, very solution focused, and resolved any issues that we / other guests had..gave us a great customer experience. The hotel was immaculate and very clean, our room was one of the most cleanest I have ever experienced on holiday! The bed was sooo comfy and slept like a log! We had room 306 which overlooked the car park but had a nice view of the hills to the left! No issues with sun beds as could always get one even when walking down by 10am to breakfast. Glad we stayed in this part of the resort as it was quiet compared to the other side and also, recommend due to Makai Beach club just being around the corner! This was a lush place to go & chill but go before 10am if you want a sunbed, if you haven’t reserved online. The food is amazing at Makai for lunch and dinner! The only negatives for me is the hotel is a little tired and needs some maintenance in places. Also no gluten free options (which was unusual as we went with TUI and normally used to having gluten free options as standard) - Not all the food is labelled either, so at risk of an allergy happening. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel as staff were super friendly, it has a lovely chilled ambience and vibe about it….and it is great that you can use other hotel (admiral) next door. The entertainment by the hotel's pool at night time was lovely but if you want more upbeat, you can pop next door to admiral. Thank you for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay - Breakfast was superb, plenty of choice and fresh. The hotel is located a few minutes walk from a nice beach and for us, this seemed like the better (or certainly quieter) end of the resort which is exactly what we wanted. Loads of places to eat on the doorstep but what made this hotel 5 stars were the team working across all areas. We literally didn’t have a bad experience or encounter with anyone who worked there. . Super friendly and helpful, especially the reception team. Things that didn’t spoil our time but worthy of providing feedback - we struggled to get a sun bed most mornings around the pool so ended up doing what everyone else did which was go down at 9am and place towels on beds and then head for breakfast, returning closer to 11am which didn’t sit well with us but it seemed common practice. If sitting around the pool, The toilets are down some stairs from reception which was a trek, especially having to take the kids each time. Lovely rooms, good location and the resort itself is charming.

Nice little hotel, super friendly staff from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave. Good location close to the main bars and restaurants in the town, and also close to a small but lovely section of beach with a nice bar/ restaurant. The pool is just the right size, kids spent hours in there. It was the last week in August and still had plenty of sunbeds available. The rooms are nice, with decent aircon. The restaurant is a nice size and has a nice feel to it for an all inclusive hotel. Always tables available. For every meal there were plenty of dishes to enjoy. Every night I really enjoyed at least 2 of the meat dishes available. My wife eats only fish and veggie and she enjoyed lots of meals too. The snack bar during the day was nice with plenty to offer, and drinks were good. The only negatives I can think of is that the atmosphere sometimes gets a bit flat around the pool in the afternoons. Some music wouldn’t go a miss. And a big one for me as I love a few morning lattes! It was hit or miss whether you got offered a coffee at breakfast. And if you did it usually took ages. And if you want to sit outside or on the sunbed after breakfast with a latte, that was also seemingly impossible until the pool bar opened at 11:15 ish. Very strange as everything else was so on point. Was good value for money further time of year and would 100% recommend and certainly would stay here again. Brilliant place.

we've just returned from our holiday, a family trip for 10. This hotel was just perfect and the staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful, 10*. Many thanks ladies and gents on the bar, reception and cleaning, you were lovely, helpful and professional. Pool was ideal, couldn't get the kids out so if your looking for a young family hotel holiday, this is it. Food is excellent too. Location is handy for a short walk into town for meals out, which are great too. please pass on our thanks to all the staff, it was a joy to be there.

What an experience and very close to Planos beach. A different style of rooms some with walk in shower some with bath and overhead shower, body and hair wash and slippers supplied comfortable beds plenty hanging space everywhere very clean and tidy. Credit to everyone who works in this hotel as the whole team bring it all together. Such friendly and helpful staff always ensuring you have what you need for your stay. Clean towels for the sunbed and beach always available some issues reserving sunbeds but resolved by the night staff. Some nights with music but finishes at 11pm so as not to disturb guests. Buffet meals at all sittings with a variety and choice and a selection of hot and cold drinks. Most of the swim up rooms are shared by the whole ground floor so you do get to know your neighbours but not a problem, large group pool and children's section. Would not hesitate to return as it is in a great location,
