Planos Aparthotel

Visited here for the 2nd time for our Wedding Anniversary with my wife. We love this hotel for it's location, it's not a far walk from main bars/restaurant, and the beach is a couple minutes of walk down the street. The hotel is modern, clean and staff are friendly. We were greeted with a welcome drink. There is a waterpark in the hotel over and you get 30% off your tickets. We attended on an all inclusive holiday. The breakfast was lovely. However, we felt the dinner and tea options weren't as good. There was 1 day they did a Greek theme, and had Gyros etc which was lovely, but the rest of the time it wasn't great. Breakfast can be busy and we can found ourselves having to get our coffee for take out, because by the time the staff got round to order your drinks, you'd already eaten. They only had 1 staff member making the coffees behind the bar. The check in process, you have to download an app and check in which we felt was a lengthy process. When we checked out, the lady who checked us out didn't ask how our stay was or anything, and just said thank you and we were on our way. (She didn't have the uniform on like the other staff, so not sure if she usually does it) Overall, I would go back and the pros outweigh the minor cons.

We have just left the hotel after a super week. The location is set tucked away in one of streets in Planos. The hotel offered us a great base, our room was a lovely swim up room, perfectly situated for late afternoon sun. The staff at the hotel are what makes the hotel such a nice place to stay, everyone genuinely cared, greeted us with smiles and provided amazing service. We were welcomed to the hotel and met Roman, he showed us to our room and remained chatty all week. Peter on the bar during the day created great drinks and super coffees endlessly. Lovely guy and part of a friendly team Food was delicious and varied throughout our stay. Honestly a great stay, perfect for what we needed, would absolutely recommend.

Just arrived back from a week at the hotel . Slightly disappointed by the arrival check in , having to download apps & do it all myself on phone , after travelling it would be nice to have it done for you however the lady was polite & we were offered a welcome drink. The hotel has one bar & one restaurant with snacks to order , ok whilst it was quiet but I wouldn’t want to visit in July / August with a full hotel . The restaurant was clean , small & ok food , not very Greek but enough to have something, breakfast was good enough too. The drinks are good . We only ate twice in the evening at the hotel . A really good addition is you can use the hotel opposite, slightly busier & entertainment should you wish . The hotel itself is in an enviable location with a beach less than 5 minutes away with trendy beach bars , the town has lots of bars , restaurants and shops , I don’t think the hotel is like a 4* but the location is pretty & you could eat , drink in lots of places within a few minutes walk. The room was a swim up ( the pool was a small plunge like pool shared with the other rooms )it was in a good position due to the fact it was October & not as warm as peak season. The room was clean with adequate wardrobe space , however extremely tight with vanity unit almost touching the bed so much so you had to side step to get around to the outside area! The bathroom had a shower over a bath , not very luxurious & certainly no luxury toiletries! A bottle unlabelled on the side of the bath , there was no space to put any toiletries except under the sink which was small. The shower was ok , the towels seemed to be a big problem as always , although they were changed daily for us , upon arrival we were informed towels only changed every 3 days ! & the bed linen .. I find that a bit off putting , I understand environmental issues but the hotel was almost empty. The pool towels were changed whenever you wished so you’re better off using them for an evening shower. The small space outside our swim up room was ok but the pool was extremely cold and it took a good few attempts to brave it , so very disappointing due to the fact we booked a swim up room to relax in the private pool area. The sunbed was a low mattress style , ok but not easy to get on/ off if over 30! The area is lovely but I have stayed at better hotels with a 4 *

We stayed at this hotel as part of a very large group attending a wedding. And from day 1 the staff were AMAZING! We had a swim up room which unfortunately was in the shade, we requested to move and the staff moved us after a few days with no issues and was even really understanding about the move. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. But the best part of the hotel was Deppy, what a wonderful lady she is, she couldn’t do enough to cater to my family and the wedding party. She was amazing with the children giving them little treats, always happy to help, super smiley, nothing was ever too much, I wish they had a deppy in every hotel because she truly was a real life angel!!

Absolutely amazing stay – 10/10! ⭐️ We stayed at Planos Delux from 11th–25th September 2026 for our wedding, with a group of around 40 guests, and honestly, I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! From the moment we arrived, everything was amazing. The food and drinks were genuinely some of the best we’ve experienced at an all-inclusive, and every single member of staff was fantastic. Despite having such a large group, everyone was friendly, helpful and always had a smile on their face. A special mention has to go to Deppy, who went absolutely above and beyond to make sure we and all of our guests had the best possible time. Nothing was ever too much trouble, from room changes to extra requests — everything was sorted with a smile. Deppy had a genuine interest in the hotel guests and spread happiness everyday. The bar staff were also brilliant. They somehow managed to keep up with our very enthusiastic drink orders and the cocktails were consistently amazing! They were so friendly and had a laugh with everyone. The facilities are excellent too. The pool has a great atmosphere if you want to have fun, but is also perfect for relaxing. Every single one of our guests had an incredible time and nobody had a bad word to say about the hotel. It genuinely couldn’t have been a better place for our wedding stay. Planos Delux completely exceeded our expectations, and we will 100% be returning. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special — 10/10 from us! ❤️
