Canopy by Hilton Seychelles

I came for a day pass with family and friends, the location was very nice, amazing food and cocktails, jemmy was amazing very friendly and attentive, he makes our day very special. The team at the sega bar was very friendly and very creative with their cocktails and service.

Very Nice Hotel. New, modern, with a resort feel. Not really a Seychelles feel. Rooms are smaller but has everything you need and is nicely designed and decorated.Modern decor. Mini bar (fridge) does not have space for takeaways, but also doesn’t have the sensors that prevent you from moving things around. Very nice bathrooms with Thank You products. Rain shower with separate wand. Nice balcony to enjoy the views. Hotel grounds are well maintained. Multiple pools (bar, family, quiet). Staff is attentive and friendly. Julissa at the pool bar is great. The beach is nice. I do not feel that the beach reflects the quality of the hotel. Not good for swimming (500 meters of shallow water). Staff puts out loungers on the beach, if they are occupied the attendants at the towel bar will bring additional. Very nice views from the beach…GREAT sunsets. General Areas are well maintained. Water refill stations conveniently located (great feature). The hotel does not have a portal for general information, activities, reservations, rules, etc. no information booklet in the rooms. You are referred to a paper hotel map with basic hotel info. QR code for hotel info is the same as the website (not a guest space). If you are booking here and plan to visit their sister property Mango, know that the time listed on the web site are incorrect, there is only one morning shuttle and one afternoon shuttle which prevent the ability to go for dinner (this was a disappointment for us). Transfer lounge is a GREAT feature. It a coed locker room (private bath space) that allows to enjoy the spaces before your room is ready or if you have a later flight. Guest relations DOES respond to inquiries on what’s app but is limited to the HH member on the reservation. Annul at the front desk is very helpful and can help resolve most issues. Hotel restaurants and bars provide excellent choices for drink and dining. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Villages within walking distance limited but a few local restaurants and grocery stores. Easy walk on paved paths. Very nice hotel for overnights and day users.

We stayed at Canopy by Hilton Seychelles in July 2026 and overall had a very good experience. The resort, facilities and room atmosphere were excellent, and we enjoyed our family stay. One issue, however, was disappointing. My child caused a very small cosmetic scratch on the side of the TV screen, while the TV remained fully functional. I signed an incident form noting minor scratches and that the TV was working, but later was informed I would be charged the full cost of a replacement TV. After a long discussion at checkout, we agreed on a reduced amount and I paid it. In my opinion, the way this minor incident was handled felt disproportionate for a family with children and lacked transparency about the internal damage policy. The hotel has many strengths, but clearer and more flexible policies for small, cosmetic damage would improve the experience for families.

had an incredible massage at the spa at the Canopy by Hilton Seychelles, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Sharon was absolutely amazing—professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. She made the whole experience relaxing from start to finish. The spa itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and has such a peaceful atmosphere. Every detail made it feel like a true luxury experience. It was worth every penny, and I left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. A huge thank you to Sharon and the team for such a wonderful experience. I'll definitely be back!

Hotel hospitality service was amazing. Specifically, Bram, Ramsey, Suku, Vishal, Raja and Irene were fantastic! They are the reason we would return to this hotel!
