We truly appreciated the warm welcome, especially the thoughtful welcome note and treats that greeted us on our first day. It was a wonderful gesture that made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We were also very impressed by all your staff, who were consistently cheerful, polite, helpful, and professional. I would especially like to commend Mr. Syed, who was responsible for the housekeeping service on the 14th floor. He always greeted us with a warm smile and carried out his duties with courtesy, dedication, and hard work. His positive attitude and excellent service made a lasting impression on us. Great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and excellent value for money. The room had a beautiful view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Adrian for providing outstanding service during check-in—he was friendly, professional, and made everything smooth and easy. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at this hotel. We arrived very early before our room was ready, and Helen noticed us waiting in the lobby. She kindly came over to check on us and proactively helped arrange an earlier check-in. Her kindness and attentiveness made a long journey much more comfortable, and we really appreciated her thoughtful service. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and this is the second tome that I choose to stay here for journey and we would happily stay here again.

Everything was so smooth, room with balcony the view was amazing. The location! So close with Haji Lane, Little India, and literally walks away from Rochor MRT station, which is couple stops to MBS. And also close to 7eleven, Sim Lim Square and Bugis Street as well! Thank you to Mr Adrian & Mr Hazroy for the warm & helpful welcome :)

Fatin was awesome. She was the person who cleansed our room and did a great job.
