Feels like proper staycation - out of Singapore in the wild! Rooms are relatively spacious & clean.

A truly unique property set within the lush surroundings of Singapore’s Mandai rainforest area. The concept of blending architecture with nature is beautifully executed, creating a calm and immersive atmosphere that feels far removed from the city. The rooms are exceptionally spacious and thoughtfully designed, combining comfort with a refined, luxurious aesthetic. The staff throughout the resort were consistently very friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. The buffet was good and offered a solid selection, although not particularly outstanding. One of the highlights is the direct and well-maintained walking access to the nearby attractions, with clear signage making it easy to explore the area on foot. The zoo itself is truly beautiful and well worth visiting. The Night Safari, however, did not quite meet expectations. Overall, a memorable and distinctive stay, especially for those looking to combine nature with a more elevated hotel experience.

It was truly the best staycation my family and I have ever experienced. We arrived on 22 April, and from the very moment I stepped out of the car, the journey began on a high note. Two friendly staff members greeted us warmly, and one of them noticed that I had accidentally left my phone in the car. He quickly returned it to me. Though his action may seem simple, it completely changed the start of my stay—from what could have been a stressful situation into a positive and reassuring one. His name was Mr. Woo (I unfortunately cannot recall the full spelling), and I would be grateful if you could help me identify him and convey my deepest appreciation. My arrival was around 2pm and my room was 5208. The room itself was amazing. As soon as we opened the door, we were greeted by a birthday cake for my son. The decorations were minimal but thoughtful, and the view overlooking Mandai Lake was breathtaking waking up to that sight was unforgettable. My children loved the room so much that they didn’t even want to leave. Although the swimming pool was crowded and we didn’t get to enjoy it, I could tell it would have been fantastic. The resort’s location was perfect, within walking distance to the nearby attractions and Food Alley, where there was an abundance of dining options and activities for the whole family. We enjoyed the short 6–7 minute walk each day. Breakfast was another highlight—the buffet spread was generous, and the welcoming staff made every morning feel special. When it was time to leave, we were reluctant to say goodbye to the room and wished we could freeze time. I promised my kids that we would return, and I am certain we will. For anyone looking for an excellent family resort, this is without doubt the best choice.

Very impressed with this resort. Really made me forget we are in Singapore. Warmly welcomed by Ka Woon during check-in. Surprised when we were informed that a driver can send us to Cavern. Room is spacious and clean with many sustainable items. Went for cocktail masterclass with Hadi after dinner. Enjoyed a lovely spread during the buffet breakfast. Overall very happy with my stay.
