Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree

I was fortunate enough to attend a 3 day business conference hosted at the hotel by a law firm. I’ve been to Singapore many times before and this was a totally different (and enjoyable) experience. The hotel is stunning, and feels like it’s in a different world from Singapore city. A great place to get a team together. Food was excellent- environment is pretty. Only downside is it is very far from the city about 45 minutes drive - so be prepared!

Loved it!!! Hirvin was amazing and the service was incredible, food was excellent, staff were accommodating and comforting and the rooms,view and pool were stunning, honestly best hotel I’ve been to in a while and would 100000% recommend for a family, couple or by your self.

Dear Team, From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, we knew this place was special. The beautiful setting and immediate sense of calm were simply amazing. After travelling throughout the night, arriving to find our room ready for us was so appreciated and set the tone for the entire stay. Tak and Christine were our hosts, and I truly cannot thank them enough for their hospitality. They went above and beyond in every way. My six-year-old daughter especially fell in love with Christine, which made our stay even more memorable. It was my husbands birthday and wow what a way to celebrate. The treehouse itself was absolutely stunning, with views that are difficult to even put into words. The private swimming pool and every detail of the room were incredible. We dined at the Planter Shed buffet and were delighted with the variety of options available for our vegetarian family. Breakfast at Forage was equally wonderful, and Nurile and VG were superb hosts. They were so helpful and even recommended places for us to eat when we arrived in the city. We also visited the zoo during our stay, and the location of the resort made everything so easy to access. If I could change one thing about our trip, it would simply be to have stayed longer. We will definitely be back. Thank you again for such an unforgettable experience

Just checked out from Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree after a wonderful family retreat, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. What stood out most was the warm hospitality from the staff, who made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our visit, especially Toby and Ryan. Thank you both for your exceptional service and kindness. We especially appreciated the hotel’s eco-friendly concept and how beautifully it blends with nature. Waking up to the sounds of birds and the surrounding greenery was incredibly refreshing. Despite the tropical weather, there was hardly any need for air-conditioning because the natural airflow throughout the property was so well designed. A relaxing and memorable stay for anyone looking to reconnect with nature while still enjoying comfort and excellent service. Highly recommended for families and nature lovers alike.
