The entire experience from booking to checkout was smooth. The location adjacent to the zoo was excellent allowing relaxation immediately after finishing a long day viewing the zoo attractions. A very early check-in was catered for with ease allowing the arrival day to be fully utilised.

We and our family had an amazing experience at this fine dining restaurant. The elegant 5-course meal was beautifully presented, with every dish full of refined flavors and exceptional quality. A special thanks to Mr Khang and Mr Haryono for their outstanding service — they were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout the evening, making the experience even more memorable for our family. Their warmth, attentiveness, and impeccable hospitality were simply phenomenal. The surprise they thoughtfully prepared upon our arrival instantly made us feel valued and genuinely cared for. Mira and Siti are the epitome of world-class hospitality professionals — graceful, intuitive, exceptionally charismatic, and truly the shining stars of the resort. Their ability to create such a magical and personalised arrival experience deserves the highest praise imaginable. Our children absolutely loved the kids club, which was wonderfully curated, engaging, and very family-friendly even for younger toddlers. The facilities and amenities throughout the resort were exceptional and thoughtfully designed for families. The pool was another major highlight for us — peaceful, beautifully maintained, and incredibly enjoyable for both adults and children. Spending time together there as a family was genuinely one of the best parts of the trip. This was far more than just a hotel stay — it was an experience filled with warmth, wonder, and genuine hospitality.
