Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree

It was a magical experience really. I was there on a staycation- solo and totally unplanned and seriously it was a really good decision. I was basically looking for a place near my home and it all worked out well as the Mandai Rainforest Resort had a good discount for Singaporeans and not long after I was at the lobby to check-in. While waiting for my key, as fate would have it I met Toby from Guest Relations and he is indeed a special one. He settled my key card, carried my bag and ensured I was comfortably set in my room. With a disarming smile and passion to serve he made my stay so memorable. He even gave me a tour of the whole resort and constantly checked on me to ensure I was safe. Indeed a friend made and I would recommend and personally engage in repeat visits because of him and all the other staff whim I had the privilege to interact with. Thank you Toby Xie and gang... We recently stayed at Mandai Banyan Tree for 3 nights starting June 15th with my wife and son, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The room we stayed in was exceptional—beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. The absolute highlight of our trip, however, was the Banyan Tree Spa. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the spa team, especially Ms. Wei Nee, Grace, and Poh Lins. Their genuine kindness, warm hospitality, and highly professional massage skills truly set a gold standard. They took exceptional care of us, allowing us to completely unwind and recharge. Thank you to the entire team for making our family vacation so special. We cannot wait to return!

My family of 4, including my boys 10 & 12 years old spent 3D2N at the resort as part of the school holiday staycation in June. The hotel was most beautiful with the rainforest theme and nature all around us. The Santuary room with double beds was spacious and the bathroom space was wide. The lighting in the room was soft and cosy, and the view was great. The bed felt a little too soft for my liking. The good part is that guests can request for different types of pillows to suit your needs. It is great to have a place designed after the nature theme in Singapore. It also makes visiting the parks convenient as its withing walking distance to the zoo, night safari, and the Mandai adventure East, with plenty of food choices.

A beautiful hotel nestled amidst the lush Mandai Forest Reserve, offering a peaceful and refreshing escape from the city. The highlight of our stay was the excellent service from the staff, who were consistently warm, friendly, and helpful. A special mention goes to Toby, who attended to us with a genuine smile and professionalism throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, and his dedication truly enhanced our experience. Toby is definitely an asset to the company. One area for improvement would be the occasional noise from helicopters flying overhead, which could be noticeable at times and slightly disrupted the otherwise tranquil atmosphere. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and greatly appreciated the hospitality. We would be happy to return in the future.
