Great Rooms and Location, but 5-Star Dining Needs Work The rooms here are clean and beautifully designed, and the resort's location is incredibly close to the Mandai Wildlife Reserve parks. However, the food served for both room service and breakfast did not live up to a 5-star luxury brand. I ordered the fried rice via room service, but the rice was mushy and the anchovies were soggy. A simple dish like fried rice speaks volumes about a kitchen's standards. The breakfast buffet lacked variety, featuring too many similar pastries. Furthermore, the Indian section only offered vegetarian options—puzzling given the lack of non-vegetarian variety—alongside just two Malay dishes. As a well-traveled foodie, the flavors simply lacked authenticity, leaving plenty of room for improvement. On the service front, staff were generally available, though it was disappointing that nobody could advise me on how to redeem my welcome drink until my last day. On a positive note, special comments go to Syazwan at the front desk and Niza from room service, who both did excellent service recovery within their ability.

Super place. Living in the rainforest. The team just were so happy to help. Easy walk the the zoo (a must) otherwise just relax,

Location: Great if you are going to the 5 Parks at Mandai Atmosphere: Cosy n Relaxing Rooms: Had the Family Room which can sleep at least 5 pax and also the Sanctuary King Room which both are very comfortable Value: Definitely Very Valuable & Good Spent!! Service by Customer Service is Superb!! Cleanliness: Very clean even for an OCD like me Noise Level: Really quiet and make us wonder if its soundproof Really recommend their staff service and especially Davis who helped to solve our issues within 30 minutes when we booked the wrong type of rooms and also their concierge buggy service which helped to send my elderly parents & groups of elders to the Parks nearby. Breakfast there is definitely worthy of booking and very yummy even for a vegetarian. We will definitely want to be back for more soonest possible!!

Syed hosted us at our arrival and departure and buggy rides in between. He always did his work with excellence and a smile. This 5* experience was made largely due to him too, a great reflection of the hotel guest services.

From the moment we arrived, Syed made us feel right at home. As the hotel’s first face we see, he set the tone for my entire stay. His warm smile and genuine friendliness were refreshing, and he went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and knew our way around the property. Syed’s welcoming nature is the kind of hospitality you can’t train — it comes straight from the heart. A true gem of the hotel staff. 10/10!
