Jay was great so helpful nice hotel in a good spot

The hotel is very modern and rooms/facilities are well maintained. The bedroom was small with limited clothes storage (even for one person). The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was of a reasonable size and scrupulously clean. The gym was good, albeit with a limited number of aerobic machines but tha was compensated for by the outdoor (covered) area with bags, rower etc. The pool was excellent - of decent length too - with plenty of loungers around. Breakfast was good - both quality and variety. The "happy hour" in the Exec Lounge was rather disappointing in terms of food offering relative to its Hilton and Marriott peers. The staff were friendly, helpful and readily available. The hotel is in an excellent location to explore the older parts of Singapore, with plenty of shops and restaurants around and only 300m from City Hall MRT.

The atmosphere of the Madison was great... Although small, it was quiet and well sectioned. Their service was on par especially their supervisor, Charlene, 10/10. The food was both well in portions and affordable

Front desk receptionist Sufyan was amazingly helpful and accommodating in our check-in process.

Sufyan and Darren thoughtfully arranged a lovely anniversary surprise in our room, which also came with a stunning view of Marina Bay Sands. They were also very helpful in assisting with our luggage and bringing it to our room while we went for lunch. Their excellent hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.
