Pullman Singapore Hill Street

Had a wonderful Dinner Experience at Madison’s. Ordered the fish and chips, clam chowder, beer burger and Mac and cheese. They were all delicious and came in decent portion. But what made the experience better was the service rendered by Charlene. She was meticulous and attentive without talking too much, very authentic in here service. We dined out a lot and I would say her service standard rank amongst the very best.

We stayed one night at Pullman Singapore Hill Street for my daughter’s birthday celebration and added the birthday decoration package. My daughter was so happy and surprised with the beautiful setup. Thank you to the Front Office team, especially Kimi for the wonderful arrangement and warm hospitality. Breakfast was also very good, and Aini was especially friendly and attentive throughout our dining experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciate the excellent service from everyone.
