Our experience at the hotel bar was made truly special by the Hotel Ambassador, Domennic. He first noticed us as we stepped out of the bar and immediately checked in to see how he could assist. When he realized we were just finishing outside drinks, he graciously offered us a table right outside the bar to get comfortable. Dom is a absolute delight to talk to — full of humor (jokes about serving ‘Sky Juice’) and incredibly charismatic. You truly can’t miss him; his style is wonderfully unique and "loud" in the best way possible, from his fancy mustache and scarf ring to the impressive collection of pins on his outfit. We spent the evening sharing drinks and laughter, and he even joined us at our table whenever he had a free moment. To top it off, he personally escorted us to the door and waited with us until our cab arrived. He is a gem of a person and made our night!

This was our fifth visit to the Pullman Hill Street Singapore. There are so many excellent hotels in Singapore and yet we continue to return to The Pullman. Staff at the front door are always unfailingly helpful and warm. We again stayed on the club floor and enjoyed the personalised service of Kimberley, Ryan and the other excellent staff. The hotel is ideally situated for shopping and for exploring the cultural treasures of Singapore. There is a buzz about this hotel, its two swimming pools are indeed an asset. Dominic continues to appear throughout the hotel making sure guests are given first class service. We would also like to congratulate the hotel manager Liza Tan for her professional dedication to the highest standards of hospitality.
