The Clan Hotel Singapore by Far East Hospitality

The Clan in Singapore is the most perfect location. The rooms are nice and clean, the staff are attentive and very helpful. Thankyou WILSON for making our arrival experience so good. A special person is IVAN, forever attentive and has gone out of his way to assist us. Buffet breakfast was good and catered well. We will be returning to Singapore and to The Clan.

The service was seamless, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. In particular, Haadi stood out for his professionalism and warmth. Clan is fortunate to have someone like Haadi on their team — he embodies true hospitality and sets a high standard for service excellence.

Perfect hotel room; modern but not gimmicky, on the small side but incredibly well equipped. Such good value for the price. Will definitely be back.

Awesome location and friendly staff shoutout to the lady who checked us in,Nazerah. My wife was unwell and she noticed how pale my wife looked , she gave her water and asked her to have a seat while she bring the check in paper to us . Very thoughtful and we are really happy . In all honesty, we were very surprised by the standard of this hotel. We were initially skeptical because it is a boutique hotel, and from the outside, it looks quite ordinary. However, the moment we stepped into the room and explored the amenities, we were absolutely blown away. The room easily met the standards of a five-star hotel. We especially loved that it came with a Japanese-style bidet, complete with a heated seat—a feature we truly appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore. Its location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Chinatown. The moment you step out of the hotel, you'll find yourself surrounded by great food, attractions, and shops. Best of all, Telok Ayer MRT Station (Downtown Line) is just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient to get around the city. The overall standard of this hotel is comparable to—if not better than—many five-star hotels we have stayed in. Considering the quality of the room, amenities, service, and location, it is definitely worth every dollar.
