We were here in Dec 2024 and we loved it. I gave it a 5-star review. We came back this time after renovations and renamed, the. reception staff was still very good & helpful, but the room is much smaller and not sound proof. Probably because this time we were in the new building. We could hear everything going on. When someone dropped a heavier item on the floor above us, it was loud. When someone closed the door nearby, it was liked locking/unlocking our door. Also the air conditioner was a bit noiser than what it should be.

Stayed here as it was 5 mins walk from where I needed to be for a business trip. It is also close to Funan centre for casual dining and access to the MRT. Room service meals were great quality and room was decent save for the shaving mirror in the bathroom which had come loose at some point before I checked in. I didn’t bother reporting it as I wasn’t going to use it but it’s the details that would have made the difference between a 4 and 5 star review. Check in was also rather slow given not all reception desks were occupied at the time. While completing the guest registration I was also mistaken for being a PRC resident despite handing over an Australian passport. I didn’t take offence however again, it’s the attention to details.

Had a superb and wonderful experience in this hotel. I was particularly pleased with how Kimberly treated me during my breakfast. Would definitely recommend this to fellow travelers who are looking for a five-star experience!

We landed in Singapore in the evening after a long flight and when we arrived at the hotel Luca and Premala warmly welcomed us and gave us good suggestions on what to do in Singapore. The location is perfect, close to Marina Bay. Our room was really comfortable and silent; luckily we managed to have an upgrade during the check-in and the sight was straight on Marina Bay. Wonderful! Really good choice and variety also at breakfast. I suggest to improve the bycicle renting service, because it would be more complete if the guests could use also a locker in order to park them in the city.

I had a generally good experience at this hotel. I would especially like to thank James at the front desk. He was very patient and listened carefully to all my needs. When I explained that I did not want a connecting room and needed a quieter place to rest, he tried his best to help me. In the end, James arranged a slightly smaller non-connecting room for me, which was much quieter and allowed me to have a more comfortable stay. I really appreciated his patience, understanding, and professional service. The hotel itself can still be a little noisy because of its location near the street. However, overall, my stay was satisfactory, especially because of James’s excellent assistance.
