Hotelové vybavení a zařízení vše ok.Wi-Fi na recepci zdarma.Aqvapark a 3 x bazén 100%.Restaurace slušná jídla se ale moc nestřídají.příplatek na in Exclusive nemá moc význam těch pár nápojů lze koupit i v supermarketu naproti hotelu.Pouze místní provenience (nic moc) Večery hlučná hudby z dětské animace a později k ránu řvaní a bitky Britských turistů,na něž se hotel zaměřuje.Ráno u bazénu krev zvratky rozbité lahve,které postupně dopoledne služba uklízí.Vzdálenost na pláž přes 2 km,tato je kamenitá velké oblázky. Cena je ok,ale příště raději jinam.Vyvarujte se vlaku velká zpoždění i přes 1,5 h,všude busem cena 1,5 E osoba směr (jednotný tarif)

Disgusting smokers everywhere smoking around children. As far as I am aware people are supposed to smoke in designated smokers areas. But this is not enforced. Selfish people smoke all round the pool and in the outside entertainment area. There are no ashtrays so the scum bags use plastic cups or literally flick their ash on there floor where children are walking round the pool bare foot. Fag butts are all over the grass area. Plastic cups blow over with ash and fag butts going all over the floor. It's 2026 not the 70's. It's time this hotel created an environment where children can be safe from second hand smoke and lung cancer risks.

Pros Cheap and cheerful Entertainment crew are great Pools are great there is a deep pool for swimming , a full Waist height one great for kids and two good baby / toddler pools It’s not a sunbed race every morning you can usually get a decent ish spot if you go down 7-8ish The water park is great lots of good slides and very close to the pool so easy to nip over for a bit Snack bar at the pool serves decent food - burgers, nuggets, pizza chips etc and you are served .. defo better than usual pool food The pool stays open all night! So you can stay out as long as you like & still be swimming while the entertainment is on! Evening entertainment is good , they did a Disney show while we were here which was good and kids kareoke , The white party was great and had a reptiles show You can always get a table pretty close to the stage too even if you miss some of the mini disco (no rushing to get there early to get a seat ) Rooms are very basic looking but are clean There’s a supermarket and a couple of shops just over the road Cons The only real Con to this place is the queues - you have to queue for everything! All the bars always have long queues which was annoying and the restaurant too you couldn’t help yourself to wines or soft drinks you have to queue tor these at a bar which was super annoying. The food in the restaurant was really pretty poor. It all tasted nice but very little choice some days and not much at all for kids. no seafood sauce ! ( a staple of every holiday I’ve ever been on) and no selections of cheeses / pickles which you usually get. It put me off eating in the restaurant really, The sunloungers are plastic and very uncomfortable. There are only A few too which you can put the backs up on so you have to hunt for these in the morning and most people end up buying cushion covers from the shop over the road for 20 euros . The room we had was split into a bedroom and a living room type space with a couch with a single bed which pulled out (family of 3) The balcony was in the bedroom part which felt strange. The balcony’s are quite small but have plastic tables and chairs on them . They still use key cards ( the last few places I have been have had the keys on your wristband which is much easier then remembering to have your card on you all the time ) There isn’t much choice of ice creams /lollies etc for kids around the pool and nothing you can help Yourself to (apart from water stations) Re kids club. They do some things around the pool with the kids but my daughter was disappointed they didn’t have a base with air con to do crafts etc in as was too hot sitting outside. All in all it was still a really good holiday and the place defo has good points. The beach is about a 20 min walk from the hotel and nothing really exciting on the way so we got a taxi with the kids (6 Euros each way) when we went. It is a pebbly beach rather than smooth sand so we only went one evening to get a meal out ( there are nice restaurants on the beach front) We got a taxi into Benidorm one day to go to the actual beach , that was 16 euros each way and there was places for braiding kids hair there and lots going oN

Great family holiday. Spent a week here with kids 2 and 6. Hotel is very catered for young kids with a spacious pool setup including small baby pool with slide and an adjacent water park with slides for older kids but also a section our 6 year old loved with slides ranging from small to medium to build it up but going into water no more than 1 foot deep. All inclusive was well worth the money in our opinion, main restaurant food was a decent 7 or 8 out of 10 each night and the breakfast was a good offering. Two pool bars through the day for drinks, ice cream and basic food also pretty good. Entertainment team were excellent, different activities on each day for kids and adults and good stuff each night for the kids. Rooms were standard that youd expect in a hotel like this, of course they are a bit dated but youre only in them to sleep and a maybe an hour during the day. Overall would really recommend this to anyone with kids, brilliant set up and can definitely see us go back if we need a guaranteed holiday that the kids will love.
