La Cala Finestrat

5 stars from me! This hotel is an absolute gem of a place to stay for it's service and fantastic location. It is situated on the glorious beach cove in Cala de Finestrat. The hotel offers bed and breakfast which I can say with certainty will not disappoint. You can choose from a continental, healthy or a full English breakfast and each and every one is as fab as the other.We paid a little extra for a room with a side sea view and it's worth every penny. The hotel is really peaceful and quiet and we didn't hear a thing when we were in the room. The air conditioning in the room was excellent and the beds and pillows really comfortable which made for a good nights sleep. The area is full of lovely restaurants, cafes and bars all serving really good food and drink. There is a supermarket just accross the road and a large Mercadona a few minutes stroll from the hotel. The hotel also has a rooftop area for relaxing or watching TV or just chilling with a book. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel if you want to go in to Benidorm or the old town but you can also walk which takes around 45 mins and it's a lovely stroll all the way along the seafront. Honestly can't fault a thing and we'll definitely be back in the near future.

What a fabulous hotel ! This was our first time there the location was amazing step outside to a beautiful beach, the staff are so polite and helpful we didn’t have a sea view but they managed to get us one for four of our nights ,also Strat Restaurant! Excellent what more can I say will definitely go back .

We had never been to La Cala before and was pleasantly surprised how beautiful the area was. Just upset we had only booked three nights ! The hotel was spotless and the breakfast choice amazing. The hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming no matter what time of day. Buses to old town Benidorm on our doorstep The beach bay is also kept clean with a wide choice of bars and restaurants. We loved it so much have just booked again for a week in September at Hotel La Cala again. Can’t wait to come back

Just completed 10 day stay (our 3rd here). The service, food and staff could not be better. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The staff and owners have gone out of their way to make our stay fantastic. The rooms are spotlessly clean and modern, with brilliant views over the immediately adjacent beach & bay. Food is outstanding, as you’d probably expect from a Masterchef Professional Winner! Great breakfast options & à la carte menu, including some dishes from the winning Masterchef menu! We well definitely be returning, as soon as we can !

We were delighted with our 3 night stay at this super friendly and welcoming hotel. An efficient air-con system coped very well with the excessive heat and we loved our balcony, which overlooked the sandy beach. Sadly, we didn't get chance to sample lunch at the restaurant but we enjoyed a tasty breakfast. The location was fabulous, a dozen or so steps down from Reception to the prom, 4 steps and we were setting up our beach umbrellas. There were plenty of places to eat and drink, all of whom made us feel welcome and we thought that the prices were mostly very reasonable. The resort felt super safe and we felt very relaxed about our two 16 year olds enjoying their freedom during both the day and the evening. We won't hesitate to return to this hotel and especially if we can travel with Jet 2, who set such a high bar for service.
