Beautiful location, friendly and welcoming staff, nice breakfast, nice room - very clean and quiet, could usually get a seat round the pool/in the chill out seating area (with a great view!)

This is a family hotel with the resultant focus on family facilities and activities and it works. This is a repeat visit and we found the hotel to be fresher and cleaner than on previous visits. It also seemed to be better staffed and managed. We paid for all the extras and to us it was worth it for the high room, plinth access, sea view and quiet dining room ( in which the ladies that served were charming and efficient). The food was on the whole good but a bit repetitive. The seafood buffet and sushi starring. A bit of spice would be nice. Some suggestions. The use of own brand bitterol instead of the really cheap aperol for spritzes continues to annoy particularly in light of the very poor cocktail offering. Please put aperol on the all inclusive it is surely cheaper than many of the spirits included. The entertainment room really needs a shake up. The linear chair arrangement has nursing home vibes and is not conducive to fun and engagement. The views are still amazing. Keep up the improvements.

Great stay with a relaxing location and great weather. The staff was always eager to service, with a great mindset, causing the stay to be good. Especially Maria and Richard in the pool bar, always walked around with a great smile and good sense of humor. Pros: —location. Lovely located by a beach and rocky small cliffs causing it great to take a swim and look at underwater life -no need to be up early to reserve sunbeds. Staff was removing not used towels and there were plenty sunbeds for everyone. -staff! Great staff in all locations, causing the stay to be seemless -activity team was engaging and causing very fun days if wanted, and if you’d say no, they would not be pushy and tell you to join later if wanted. Aquafun is recommended! Cons: -food was not super, but really not bad! Changing theme almost everyday, but most food is tasting the same. Not a to big deal for us -some ants around the hotel, including room. -there was some noise from hallway to rooms and outside to rooms

The hotel was lovely, it was clean and tidy and a nice hotel. However the food choices were not great for an all inclusive, whilst the food was nice the options were minimal. You also get drink tokens (2 per person) on arrival which you pay a deposit for and have to take them back to bar each time you want a drink. Whilst I love this idea for the hotel staff as they shouldn’t have to run around after you - if you took your cup to restaurant they would take your cup - made it harder to just get on and do the things you wanted too. It was a lovely hotel though in a lovely area. Also there were alot of ants.

We arrived at the hotel early hours about 2 in morning.we were sorted out in minutes.Room on the fourth floor overlooking the Adults area and the sea which pleased us both,bit upset to to discover the hotel was no smoking but I managed for the 11 nights.Breakfast was good at first but gets boring after time,dinner was good and you had a choice of the snack bar serving burgers pizzas chips and salad plus cake. The bar was always busy,they have a token system which works well for the hotel with no one having to collecting cups all day that blow around the pool area.I didn't mind I had taken my own plastic pint glass which they filled happily for me. The fit team were working hard to keep you involved if you wanted to get involved.Gerry was good fun all day. Evening meals were hit and miss roast meats but no veg to pick from but they did sprouts for breakfast.always something to eat but sometimes not what you want.
