Love this place Be klub formerly known as Bellevue club this year was my 9th year staying here, Always enjoy my stay here big complex I choose to stay in central at the beginning of the complex if available, rooms are clean and pleasant, newly refurbished apartments in other parts of the complex but central suits our family Entertainment from 11 till 5.30 at our pool for kids and adults!! very good they have added few more activities really enjoyed it foam party was the best Evening/ night entertainment didn’t see this year as my Children that bit older, believe it’s good Water slides down the back of the complex plus splash world for babies, 10 min walk to back of complex or free shuttle bus brings you there and back if needed. mini golf tennis trampolines and some carnival games onsite Spar shops on complex and reasonable prices Atmosphere here great Staff at reception are fantastic really nice and very helpful Food is good breakfast has all the usual selectionsI always go all inclusive breakfast has wide variety of pastries salad and cooked food Lunch same always something to eat Dinner, Mediterranean, Italian and a New Mexican restaurant added, is lovely Snack bar opens from 10am till 6pm again food very nice Location is perfect Turn right outside the complex’s and your at the start of a strip with supermarkets shops restaurants and bars with beach at the end of the road 10min walk, hydropark 15/20min walk Love it here and will be back again for sure !!!

The animation team made the holiday the entertainment was out of this world the shows were 100% and would come back to this hotel because of them

After reading so many negative reviews before we came, I thought I’d share our honest experience. 😊 We stayed in Kalma 3 and honestly couldn’t fault the room. It was modern, had a double bed, a spare single bed and a sofa that pulled out into another double. In the room we also had a fridge, a safe, and USB ports built into the bed frame, which was really handy for charging phones at night. Housekeeping came every day, and we got fresh towels for the ones we’d used. They’re trying to be more eco-friendly though, so if your towel is still clean, just use it again. 🌍 For sunbeds, we got to the pool gates around 9:30am. They seem to open different entrances randomly, so it’s honestly just luck! But we always got a bed, no problem at all. Although we stayed behind Kalma 3 pool, we walked over to Central 1 most days for the lunch and aqua fitness and all the games the kids wanted to join in. The animation team are AMAZING! 👏 There are also sooo many parks and climbing frames everywhere… honestly loads of them dotted around the resort. I actually found myself wondering why there are so many! They feel like they might be better placed nearer the evening entertainment area, because in the daytime it’s just far too hot for the kids to really use them properly. Maybe they’re more for evening use, but even then the location feels a bit odd. The bar opens at 11am (sometimes a little later), but if you’re desperate there’s another all-inclusive bar a short walk away by the Central pool. The foam party was a bit much for my little two. We stayed near the edge after they both ended up struggling to breathe in the thick foam. Just something to be aware of if you have younger children. The mini disco starts at 8:30pm. We got there around 8:10pm to grab seats near the front. The evening entertainment after this was genuinely impressive — they used state-of-the-art technology, and the animation team all looked like professional dancers. They also brought in outside singers and even a magician, which really made the nights feel special and much more professional than we expected. Food-wise, we mainly used the buffet by the lake in the evenings. We tried the Italian too - nothing spectacular, but the lasagne was lovely! For lunch we used the snack bar by the near the splash water park, then spent the afternoon at the big water park. There aren’t many sunbeds, but we just sat on the shallow ledge in the water and it was perfect. One afternoon we even managed to grab a bed later in the day. The shuttle bus could definitely run more often, but it always came eventually. Reception were always lovely and happy to help. If you’ve got a problem, go and speak to them. They genuinely try to sort things. Don’t be a keyboard warrior without giving them the chance. Everyone moans about the plastic cups… they’re an eco-sustainable resort now! We brought our own water bottles, bought one reusable cup at the mini disco there is a paid bar for really good cocktails and branded liquor and then used it all week. Or just grab two paper cups and it works better. 😂 The all inclusive Bailey was a winner at end of the night. Yes, it was incredibly hot… but it was July during a heatwave! We just popped back to the room for half an hour when we needed a breather. The mosquitoes were savage! 🦟 We bought a strong DEET spray from the pharmacy and citronella candles from one of the market stalls. Check your room before bed too. But… they’re mosquitoes… it’s their home, not ours! 😂 The little fair was brilliant. The staff often let the kids stay on rides a little longer, and honestly if you’re kind to them, they’re kind back. We also visited the harbour night market, rode the electric bike tuk-tuks home, and spent a day at the beach with just our towels instead of paying for sunbeds. The shops had absolutely everything you could need, and the bars stayed open until 3am… 👀👀 At the end of the day… a holiday is what you make it. ❤️ If you’re expecting ultra luxury, book a five-star resort in Turkey and pay five-star prices. But for what we paid, Bellevue Club was fantastic. We made some lovely friends, had loads of laughs, and created amazing memories with our kids. Would we come back? Absolutely. ☀️🌴

We arrived yesterday and it’s been one issue after another. Starting with being given the wrong room configuration; I had paid for a studio with kitchen and got a room with no kitchen. The room had no phone to call reception and the AC didn’t work well. After asking to be moved to a different room I was told I had to wait a day which was fine. Today I was moved to a studio and as I was moving my luggage to my new room, the men’s bathroom that’s directly across the hall from my room, started flooding. The water gushed out into the hallway from a urinal so I put a shower mat to prevent the water from getting into the room. I also grabbed some “Caution Wet Floor” signs I found nearby and put them in the hallway. I then informed a person in the reception area and left to the beach for the day. As I was leaving the hotel I ran into an employee who was in the laundry room area and also told him. He shrugged his shoulders and basically told me it wasn’t his problem. I was shocked at his attitude and complete disregard for situation which I considered a safety concern since people could easily slip. After returning from the beach at almost 9pm I came to my room only to find the mess in the hallway still not cleaned. Now the hallway smells like urine and so does the entryway of my room. I went to tell the main hotel reception area and spoke to an employee who was so very nonchalant about the whole bathroom leak situation. It’s really hard to believe because once again, it’s a safety hazard. All this to say that this hotel does not care about safety or cleanliness. It’s a massive complex so perhaps they’re just understaffed? Not justifying their actions but rather pointing this out by we were shocked at the size of this resort and we’ve been to many resorts. I could go on with other issues we’re having (keys card often don’t work, WiFi is really, really slow and sometimes doesn’t work at all) but I’ll stop.

Hotel is very poor room is very dirty said is apartment but we recive like normal room sleeping on the mattress on the floor after visit everyday on the reception we didn't get any hepl cabel hanging in the wall from tv so is danger traveling with the kids the worst holiday in my life pool area is dirty everywhere messy
