We have just spent a week at hotel Isabela, Santa ponsa. Beautiful hotel. Great food. Staff very friendly. Hotel spotless. Hotel has an amazing smell. Room small, but still OK. Bathroom a good size Pool brilliant, again spotless! Shops and bars on the doorstep Beautiful beach All in all a very lovely holiday Jet 2 staff. Perfect!

We planned our vacation at the hotel HM Isabela from 25th May-1st Jun. We gain a lot more knowledge and experience during our second trip to Spain since 2018. We would like to thank HM Isabela staff for making our visit a memorable experience. Front desk: Denisa, Juan, Toni, Llucia, Marga, Nuria Mamadou Cocina: Lilly, Monica, Paula, Aleja, Yesica, Ivan, Erika, Juan Manuel, Lidia, Isa, Andrea, Juan Jose, Edith Waiter/Waitress: Lesly, Belen, Alejandra, Diego, Marc, Santi, Eva, Sergio, Gary, Luis, Alejandro, Jose, Gloria, Jesus. Room Service cleaning staff whose names I was not able to acquire. Thanks for all your hard work and support during our stay. We are already planning for a return trip in 2027. We arrived late on Wednesday evening and were dealt with efficiently by reception We found the room to be very small On raising the issue today the whole thing was sorted out without any drama First class from the hotel staff and jet 2 Dana. We would like to add the hotel is immacula te in its cleanliness and a credit to all concerned. I myself am in very poor health but try not to show it and having staff sort an issue out quickly helps us Thoroughly reccomended. We have been fortunate to have travelled a lot and many places and companies could learn from this and Jet 2 excellent response as well as the hotel
