Fantastic location, very clean lovely food and staff all amazing . Can highly recommend and would go back again. Room very comfortable and comfy beds. Very clean. Felt very safe , cleaners on site every day. Quiet relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend.

+The breakfast is fantastic with lots of choices and Prosecco which is a nice touch -confusion over what drinks are available on all incisive. On our first day there was a drinks menu at the bar showing “premium all inclusive drinks” showing things like Prosecco and tequila rose. I had these drinks allday then at night a different bar man told me I wasn’t allowed these drinks and showed a different menu. -a lot of the staff are quite grumpy. Cold welcome at reception upon arrival and no information given to us about facilities. Waiter at dinner leaning over me to reach the other side of the table to get a plate whilst I was eating. Didn’t feel 4 star.

The staff are lovely and so friendly i have seen reviews saying other wise.Talk to them get to know them and you will have friends for life. Yes people on reception are quiet but they do work long hours and you cant walk round smiling all day,everyone has bad days ,righ? I know i do. So thank you to ALL the staff who work long hours to make our breaks away perfect. The cleaners do a good job!! This hotel was so clean from the rooms ,around the hotel and even outside,all sparkling. I visited a 4* round the corner it had mouldy showers and patched holes in the walls.I only stayed one night snd booked out.so when this hotel says 4* it really is!! Food was lovely and loads to choose from, always hot and cooked to perfection very tasty. Sitting out area if you wish to have breakfast/Dinner in the sun. The pool was lovely with a bar area. May i add a disabled chair to help people into the pool ! Well done for thinking about people with limited mobility. Rooms are lovely i had one looking over the beach such lovely views with our own sunbeds. Comfy beds,fridge, hairdryer,aircon,shampoo,bodywash,tea/coffee everything you needed was in the( room 113) you got the sun most of the day so you can enjoy a glass of wine while sitting out enjoying the views. Irish soul bar connected to the Hotel was lovely, again amazing staff made lovely cocktails and so friendly!! you get 10% off when visiting. The area is perfect little shops around and nice coffee shops if needed and just round the corner and you are on the beach front. Remember the staff work very long hours some you will see on the bar then next you will see them in the restauraunt cleaning tables. So praise to them all for making this Hotel a perfect place to stay while in Santaponsa. See you all again next year, I made a mistake by booking another 4* Hotel and it didnt come to par with HM ISABELLA wont do that little mistake again 🤭

Brilliant location. Relaxing atmosphere. Clean and well equipped rooms. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. Very friendly staff. The Irish Soul bar attached to the hotel serves fabulous food and does a cracking pint of Guinness. Always plenty of sunbeds around the pool so need to go to the beach.

This hotel is in a great location, near to beach, bars, restaurants and bus stop that can take you anywhere around the island. The hotel is modern and clean and we had a corner room (414) that was quite spacious compared to feedback from other reviews. It was meant to be a sea view room, although very little sea could be seen as there are high trees obstructing the view. This is a non smoking hotel. Pool area was clean and plenty of sunloungers. Bali beds available but at extra cost. Food was ok, we are not food snobs so was happy with selection throughout day. Snack bar is also in main restaurant. Drinks were ok, cocktails on tap but there is no self service other than at breakfast for teas, coffee, juice and water. Although there was only one bar person, we didn't experience long queues for drinks. Staff were pleasant and clearly work hard. The only criticism of this hotel is the lack of entertainment. There is none! This meant we had to spend time and money outside of the hotel which we tend to do a few times but not every evening. The hotel just lacked atmosphere and we found it rather boring. This is the only reason we wouldn't rebook to come back which is a shame as everything else we found enjoyable.
