Vše v naprostém pořádku, nádherné ubytování, čisto, krásná koupelna včetně fénu, výměna ručníků, hezké posezení na balkoně...,jídlo výborné a příjemný personál. Krásná příroda okolo, Mohu jen doporučit a určitě se ráda vrátím na stejné místo:))

We have just returned from here after a 7 night break. We were a family of 10, 5 adults and 5 children ranging from 28 months to 7. Transfer from the airport was around 90 mins We had three rooms between us and to be honest could have just had two. The rooms are spacious one bedroom and a living area with a sofa bed. There is a microwave in the room but no kettle. The rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels. On arrival there was a large water in the fridge which was lovely. The food was really nice with plenty to choose from, the kids had their own buffet section. The snack bar was also lovely, I recommend the burgers, each day by the pool their was a demonstration of something, one day it was cocktail making another it was sangria making and one day was paella and sangria and of course it was available to sample afterwards. Entertainment team were fantastic and worked tirelessly throughout the day and evening. Goofy bought so much energy into everything especially water aerobics. Danny was also brilliant in fact they were all great. Gabriel who works as a life guard in the day was always smiling and remembers all the kids names which they loved, he is brilliant on the water slides. Splash park again was great for the kids. The beach is a two minute walk from the hotel and is clean and the water was really shallow to walk out. We hired a pedalo €20 for an hour which is plenty. The are two sides to the beach you need to go up and over a very steep set of steps but worth the heart attack! Once you get there if you walk to the very end of the beach to a little estuary you will see turtles. We fired two sunbeds and two umbrellas for €20. There isn’t much outside of the hotel, there is a supermarket and a couple of bars. You can walk into town which I’m told was about 45 mins but it is quite hilly so if you like hustle and bustle give this one a miss. All in all we had a great week away

Location is fantastic just on the beach, atmosphere is fantastic, staff are lovely and work hard to provide a great support for us. Room was very nice we got a free upgrade.

This is a decent hotel in a lovely location. Loads of pool options here. No fewer than 4 different pool options including a splash park. Food is 3 star + verging on 4, imo. Our rooms were brilliant. Basically medium sized apartments. Facilities a bit basic - no kettle, cutlery, cups etc - but very clean and spacious. We "liberated" what we needed from the restaurant (cups, spoons etc) and after that we were sorted. If you are situated in the area behind the Italian restaurant, beware - they have literally ZERO facilities there, no toilets, no snacks, no drinks, nothing. The pool has a hut which could be put to so much good use, but they appear to have mothballed it, which is v disappointing. My advice would be to get yourself up to the main pool 5 mins away. Base yourself there where there's loads of facilities and has everything you need. Staff are lovely, polite, helpful, chatty. And Goofy on the Animacion team is a legend. A one man cannonball of constant energy. Creates a great vibe. Definitely would come back. Hopefully next time they'll have set up better facilities around the bottom pool. That's the only thing that prevented a 5-star review from me.

Just returned from this hotel, stayed 7 nights, 2 adults, 2 kids aged 7 and 6. This hotel could be so much better with a few tweaks. The cleanliness is not great, the toilets were awful around the pool and never cleaned all day. The bins were very smelly and I noticed people putting nappies in them! The grass surround is horrible and is rotten around the edge of the pool and burns ya feet. The rooms could do with renovation; we were in the garden area (where you had to enter the code) The staff were great, especially the animation / activity staff. The snack bar was also great and the guy was so lovely. The restaurant was very repatitive and we got extremely bored of going in there, we eat out twice. Oakpi at the top of the hill was fab, I recommend booking.
