Vše v naprostém pořádku, nádherné ubytování, čisto, krásná koupelna včetně fénu, výměna ručníků, hezké posezení na balkoně...,jídlo výborné a příjemný personál. Krásná příroda okolo, Mohu jen doporučit a určitě se ráda vrátím na stejné místo:))

I never normally write reviews, but I feel like I have to for this place.. First of all, some advice if you are committed to going here on holiday - if you are arriving early in the day, have your swimwear handy as you won’t get in your room until 3pm and only have the option of changing into it in the reception toilets. The hotel is never a 4 star hotel - lucky if it is 3 stars. We were here for a week from 14 July, 2 adults and 2 kids, and we have returned home disappointed and feel like we have been ripped off. The rooms are okay and are cleaned daily, but the air conditioning is terrible in the bedroom - not ideal during the summer months. The kitchen area of the room is pointless, apart from the fridge to keep your shop bought water/juice etc (lucky having a shop next door). It is a waste of time having seats on the balcony - far too small for sitting out in, only thing it can be used for is drying swimwear. The hotel grounds especially around the pool are filthy, the artificial grass around the pool is constantly soaking and brown water squelches up when you are walking on it, definitely wear sandals etc. We also have videos of rats outside our room, which the rep said she would tell the hotel about but we saw no sign of traps laid, there were also dirty nappies thrown into the bushes outside our room. The area around the snack bar and entertainment stinks and the empty cups sit piled around the place all day. The pool bar drinks are drinkable but that’s all. Beer is the best option as the slush machines are never frozen, dodgy wine out of a tap and the cheapest spirits that they can get their hands on and the barman acted like he didn’t want to be there more than me. The “restaurant” is a shambles, it’s like a feeding time at a zoo but louder, the place is filthy and the food is questionable - we had to pay to eat out every night…The pizza restaurant next door and the restaurants up the hill from the hotel (which were a saviour) must do great business and each night we saw lots of other hotel guests there. Fornells is a €8 taxi ride away and is beautiful with great places to eat, but not ideal when you have already paid for an all inclusive holiday. Can’t say much about the entertainment as the World Cup was on the couple of nights we did brave it. The animation team during the day are genuinely the only positive of this place, they try their best and do a great job at getting people involved in games etc. Like I have said, the place should never have a 4 star rating and we have complained to Jet2 but with no reply. Honestly, we would never step back in here or another Fergus hotel again and I would warn anyone against going here. It is a shame because the setting of the hotel is great and it could be a great hotel with refurbishment and a lot more maintenance/cleaning staff.

Lovely hotel in a quiet area, perfect for young families! I was concerned after reading the reviews, but honestly could not fault this hotel. The hotel is set in a quiet location with not much else around, the atmosphere is very chilled and perfect for small children. Our room was spacious and lovely, it is set on a hill but that is made clear - the only thing I would say is you can't check in until 3pm so bare that in mind with your flight times and arriving at the hotel and when you do get a key you are expected to find it yourself. No one shows you to your room and it's not the easiest place to navigate at first! The hotel was clean, staff were friendly, food was great for all inclusive - catered to everyone and plenty of variety. You can hire kayaks and paddleboards and rent sunbeds at the beach too. A perfect chilled week away in the sunshine, thank you Fergus Club!

Lovely hotel - for the price we paid we cannot fault the food standard. All buffet they have 1 à la Carte but you have to stay 7 nights to be able to go. Local restaurants cafe del nord and opaki are very good. 5-10 min walk. Entertainment staff very engaging and brilliant . Paella by the pool and cocktails were great. Mini disco was good fun for the kids and shows are great. The only down side especially as a young family is the resort location and how many slopes and hills there are to get back to your room and around the hotel. Not ideal with a pram and a work out all holiday. That aside great pool splash but for babies and pre toddlers and a big splash park that our 5 year old loved. Pool gets very busy in summer holidays they need another one really. Lovely trip Children aged 5 and 18 months

We stayed for a week from 14th July as a family of 4. Secluded hotel, we paid extra for a sea view room, sadly it overlooked what would be the splash park and sea if it hadn’t been for overgrown trees. We were in D block. Room was spotless, main bedroom very comfortable. Sofa bed not suitable for our 12 year old and 8 year old. Mattress was too thin and wasn’t sufficient, we did ask for extra bedding which was provided but no mattress topper. The hotel is hilly and with lots of steps, fine if you’re mobile. Our room was a bit of a trek. Food was typical buffet/ all inclusive, no complaint. Hotel is hugely under staffed, we waited most nights for tables to be cleared and new cutlery provided. Sometimes having to flag down the odd member of staff or clean and lay our table ourselves. Bar staff at the main pool were rude on occasions, just dismissive of basic requests, as an example, they wouldn’t provide an ice cream to my daughter despite it being one you had to pay for. It seemed like they didn’t want the hassle of searching the freezer for the one she wanted. Cleaners arrived daily at 3.30pm, which I found late in the day if your a napper, I didn’t have rooms cleaned for 4 days as we were back in our room/having showers. Never known a late cleaning service. Entertainment team work tirelessly and try to engage with as many guests as possible. The hotels saving grace. They need a pay rise. We couldn’t get in to our room when we arrived until 3pm. Which was fine, we anticipated this after seeing other reviews. Pools need a lot of TLC, not big enough for the activities and number of people. The second pool has a derelict pool bar built in, area around that pool was grim and well below standard/ cleanliness. I’m easily pleased but sadly this hotel would be a 2/3 star at best if it can improve on the pool areas and staffing issues. We spoke to other guests who all had a similar opinion so we know we weren’t being picky. We still made the most of our time here and had a chilled out holiday. If you like the finer things, this is not the place to find it. Beach area up the steps is lovely and pedollos to the beach outside the hotel are 20 eur for an hour. Shop outside the hotel has everything you need, inflatables were overpriced in my opinion. Go as you find it, enjoy the sun and drinks and make the most of it, but don’t expect luxury / a 4* experience.
