Hotel je přímo u 300m dlouhé písčité pláže malebné vesničky Santo Tomas na jihu ostrova. Hotel má 250 pokojů, ale i při plné obsazenosti působí klidným dojmem díky adults-only modelu. Ve všech prostorách i na pokoji je vzorně čisto a klid. Neruší žádné hlasité animace. U bazénu je dostatek lehátek jakož i možnost si lehnout do stínu vzrostlých stromů na zahradě. A na pláž je od branky jen 30 metů. Běžný dvoulůžkový pokoj s balkonem je prostorný a má minibar. Nevyužili jsme možnost all-inclusive, polopenze nám vyhovovala, protože cena nápojů je přiměřená. Snídaně jsou opuletní co výběru včetně místních specialit, včetně čerstvého smootie a nechybí ani cava. Věčeře byly vynikající, bohaté co do výběru předkrmů, hlavních jídel i dezertů. Lze sedět uvnitř klimatizovaného sálu i venku. Obsluha je milá a pozorná. Od hotelu je příjemná procházka na sousední pláže Son Bou. Hotel můžeme jen doporučit a rádi se vrátíme zas.

Concerned how this hotel has 4 stars ?? Nice room, we did upgrade so not sure about the standard rooms, they are kept extremely clean by the cleaning team well done great job, unfortunately that’s where a good service and value for your money ends. The rest is shocking, awful food, frozen fish in cooked batter served one day, all food was very poor, flies over most things in the buffet, very little choice, poached egg guy needs further training hard boiled all week, leave your table and everything gets removed . Inclusive wine is very poor quality, and only one choice, headaches followed one glass. The entertainment is absolutely terrible to the point of the night shows we couldn’t work out if it was comedy at first but no it was a genuinely awful low budget singing and dancing fiasco. The main evening show lasts one hour until 10.30 there is nothing after this. There’s one area outside where this takes place and nothing going on anywhere else in the building. The seating in this area is again low budget and uncomfortable many people bringing cushions with them from elsewhere, not a place you want to sit and relax with a drink. The ‘entertainment’ team are very inexperienced and have little enthusiasm. White Night is advertised on the app as party night with white cocktails and decorations none of this happens people just wear white that night, no party no white cocktails no white decorations falsely advertised! Sunbeds get reserved at 6.30am, most the parasols are broken, one day the pool had a sanitary towel in there, we reported this and waited for 30 minutes and it was still not removed. The fitness area is walk way, not somewhere to enjoy a yoga or Pilates class, although the instructor is very good. Lifts are a constant issue and anyone on floor 3 to 5 will spend most of their week waiting for one. The area the hotel is in is shabby and run down with six shops, all selling foldaway chairs for the beach (no sun beds for hire on beach),one 1970s style bar and a beach restaurant with plastic chairs so no where to enjoy an evening meal should you want to escape the hotel food.

Just came back from an amazing holiday here. The hotel is spotless and all the staff work extremely hard making your stay memorable. We stayed in the Grand Suite with private pool, room 145. The room was huge with the comfiest, biggest bed I’ve ever slept in. I agree with other reviewers that more storage would be nice and with this room it could have been possible. Mini bar was refilled every morning, also coffee pods for the machine was a nice touch. The balcony was amazing, it was massive. The pool was a little overlooked by the above balconies but there was hardly ever any one sat out while we were there and you could pull the canopy over if you wished. Two very comfy loungers and a comfortable Bali bed were also there. It really was a dream suite. So amazing we’ve already rebooked for next year. The food in the restaurant was varied, we were always happy with everything we ate. The restaurant never seemed to look busy which was nice and the staff were always smiling and busy. We didn’t use the main pool but when looking down from our room it never looked too busy. Always loungers available. The little beach nearby was really nice, beautiful clear water and soft sand. Santo Tomas is very quiet so suited us nicely for a relaxing break.

5-Star Hotel ReviewA Perfect, Peaceful Getaway!We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained throughout. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and helpful, making us feel truly welcome.It offers excellent value for money considering the high quality of service and accommodations. Day and evening entertainment was great-the highlight being the MJ tribute. The hotel is located in a quiet, peaceful resort area which was perfect for relaxing. It is just a short walk away from a handful of local shops, giving you just enough to explore without the noise of a crowded tourist hub. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay at the TUI BLUE in Menorca. . Stayed in Room 451 which offers a breathtaking view of the main pool and Santo Tomas beach. The hotel is spotlessly clean and all the staff work very hard. Santo Tomas is a very quiet resort if you’re looking for a very chilled holiday but there is a Supermarket outside the hotel along with a beautiful beach. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel which has Bus 71 going to Mahon and Bus 72 to Ciutadella. The Entertainment and Activities team are very friendly and offer a large amount of things to do throughout the day from Mini Golf Kick Darts and the Aqua Aerobics. Luisa Julianne Victoria and Cathy all work exceptionally hard and are a credit to the hotel. The Aqua H.I.I.T is a great activity and worth doing for a good workout. The Main Pool is wonderful with really comfortable sunbeds and a hot tub upper terrace. The Rooftop is also very chilled with a small pool and great views of the Sea. The Food and Drink is very good quality and fairly priced if you decide to stay on Half Board basis instead of All Inclusive. The Snack Bar at lunchtime has some very delicious food. Breakfast in the Main Restaurant was delicious every morning and had everything from Full English Pastries Omelettes and Fruits. The Evening Meal was also excellent with different foods every night and the best selection of puddings I have experienced at an adults only hotel. If I was going to criticise one thing it would be the lack of hot plates. Sometimes really hot but not all the time quite hit and miss. The Culinarium on the Rooftop is outstanding and a must book when you first arrive. The food is incredible and offers amazing sunset views of Menorca and the neighbouring Son Bou resort. Having stayed at similar Adults Only hotels in the Balearic Islands this sits at the top of them and I look forward to a future stay. Thanks for a great holiday and look forward to returning soon :)
