TUI BLUE Victoria Menorca

Hotel je přímo u 300m dlouhé písčité pláže malebné vesničky Santo Tomas na jihu ostrova. Hotel má 250 pokojů, ale i při plné obsazenosti působí klidným dojmem díky adults-only modelu. Ve všech prostorách i na pokoji je vzorně čisto a klid. Neruší žádné hlasité animace. U bazénu je dostatek lehátek jakož i možnost si lehnout do stínu vzrostlých stromů na zahradě. A na pláž je od branky jen 30 metů. Běžný dvoulůžkový pokoj s balkonem je prostorný a má minibar. Nevyužili jsme možnost all-inclusive, polopenze nám vyhovovala, protože cena nápojů je přiměřená. Snídaně jsou opuletní co výběru včetně místních specialit, včetně čerstvého smootie a nechybí ani cava. Věčeře byly vynikající, bohaté co do výběru předkrmů, hlavních jídel i dezertů. Lze sedět uvnitř klimatizovaného sálu i venku. Obsluha je milá a pozorná. Od hotelu je příjemná procházka na sousední pláže Son Bou. Hotel můžeme jen doporučit a rádi se vrátíme zas.

We have stayed at the hotel previously but not adult only back then, we wanted to go back and experience the upgraded hotel, We liked the staff who were all hard working and extremely pleasant, the food was great and we were glad we changed our board to Ai after seeing reviews about the local restaurant's being few and expensive , our room was small and lacked storage space also air con was not working and also the extractor fan in bathroom never worked, we reported it to reception but tbh nothing really changed we discovered if you close your blackout curtains during the day this helps to keep the temperature down. We never had a problem with sunbeds and would go down after breakfast we went for a coffee and walk after lunch at a nearby restaurant just to get out of hotel ,was surprised that people started complaining about the sunbeds been left with towels on them for 2 hours, on the app and also to the rep really some people need to get a life !, something I found very concerning was the lack of security within the hotel if it was a buisness elsewhere it would close ,how can you have loads of people coming from nearby hotels free loading and getting breakfast and dinner for free I seen many with the globales hotel wristband on its the same color and no staff member seemed to care , why all guests in the hotel aren't easily identified by wristband is a puzzle and it must cost the hotel lots of money I got fed up with people coming up to me asking to get them a drink, also when on your sunbeds you could tell the people who weren't guests as some would have cans of beer from nearby shops, young people especially that you new weren't in the hotel , this aspect of the holiday was infuriating to say the least as it made the hotel feel unsafe with drunks ,again the staff turned a blind eye and were disinterested, would I return maybe but with the price increased for next year by 1k and the security issues I really doubt it.

My first time visiting Menorca and the Tui Blue Victoria and I could not fault my stay! Passport control and the transfer took a while but 3 planes landed at the same time. This is no fault of the hotels. My mother and I stayed here for a week. We had a room on the top floor which faced San Bou, we could just about see the bay over the trees. It was quiet and the room mainly stayed cool. The room was extremely clean and one day I left the room as a cleaner arrived, I popped back half an hour later and she was still there. The hotel is next to the beach which is stunning! Walk along to where the life guide sits and it’s completely sandy. If you enjoy walks, there are coastal paths and the views are beautiful! The hotel had activities during the day, we took part in aqua aerobics which was fun. The evenings always had some sort of quiz and then musical entertainment. The abba tribute act were amazing! The rooftop pool is incredible! The views from the top are amazing. However, it doesn’t open until 10am and the lifts won’t take you up before. So there’s a rush of people trying to get loungers up there at that time. The main pool is nice though and there are plenty of Loungers there, plus no subbed wars! The Tui rep Olive was incredibly helpful, she helped me to rent a car for a day (I’d recommend so you can see the island for yourself) she ensured I had a manual car and went through possible places to visit and rules for parking. I had no issues driving in Menorca and rental company were also helpful. The food was delicious, we were staying all inclusive and used the main restaurant and snack bar. There was a good choice of drinks and I even took part in the wine taking with Angeline who was very informative but so much fun! I would certainly recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to have a relaxing stay. I hope to return in the future myself.

Although we enjoyed our holiday and had beautiful weather lot's of things that we didn't expect. Our room overlooked a car park as did many rooms Storage in the room inadequate. Room was very hot especially at night. We did report it to reception. Lot's of walking within the hotel for less able people. Outside tends to be noisy. Surrounded by family accommodation . Lots of deliveries to other hotels.50% of the time you have to go to the bar to get served and there were elderly people walking around with hot cups of coffee, including us. Beautifully presented hotel just not what we expected with it's 4star rating

We have just returned from the Blue Victoria Hotel in Menorca and cannot fault the hotel. Everything was spotless, toilets cleaned regularly, our room was lovely with the best hotel shower ever. Staff were all friendly, polite, courteous and helpful. Food was wonderful. As a coeliac I felt very safe eating here, Nicolas showed me everything on our first evening, everything was clearly labelled, if I don’t like any of the gf desserts there was additional cake I could ask for. Gluten free croissants, cake and bread were available at breakfast along with so many other naturally gf food items. We loved the atmosphere, quiet and relaxing. Entertainment was low key with no pressure to join in although we really enjoyed the Aqua dance sessions. This hotel is not for those who like a lively atmosphere but we knew that before we came. Hoping to return at some other time.
