Casa de las Artes Meliá Collection

The location was excellent and near nic parks, shopping, and great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. The employees were remarkable and professional. We did not try the dining other than a quick drink at the bar, but the food did look good. The rooms were very spacious and the AC worked!

We spent 5 nights at this hotel. We were excited to be upgraded as Diamond members. Room was very open and roomy. Bathroom was great for space and towels were extra large. Large closet at the entrance for storage. Skylight and lighting above a table you could use to eat at and a seating area complete with the TV. The location was terrific. Close to a metro station and we found it to be central to all the neighborhoods we wanted to explore with plenty of options for food as well. The hotel looked great Most of all, the staff were super friendly, helpful and kind. Breakfast was tasty and lots of options. It helped make our trip memorable.

Not up to Hilton quality for sure. And as diamond members who have spent time in many Hiltons around the world this is not one would recommend staying at. We waited more than half the day to get a text that our rooms were ready but never got one. We requested extra blankets and were told they had none. The air conditioning was not working properly. The breakfast was subpar and charged $8 for a glass of juice!

The hotel is well situated and very comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was wonderful - they managed to clean the room while were having breakfast. The restaurant also is good. I have one complaint: recharging the phone and iPad took ages and ages. My equipment is not to blame. It works normally everywhere else.

Such a gem. In a wonderful location. Hotel room feels more like an apartment with beautiful tiles lovely views. Location has great bars, restaurants close to metro and train station. Best part was the huge breakfast spread and the amazing staff. So friendly and helpful. Loved it!
