DoubleTree by Hilton Buena Park

I stay here quite a bit and I love the service I get at this location. The counter specialist, Nike is stellar asset for Hilton at this facility. I have seen her here over the last year and every time I see her, she is friendly and has a positive vibe. Today she told me she likes my energy, lol. I appreciated her compliment and her professional customer service. Hilton needs to award her with a merit raise for this level of expertise. A minimum of 6% would be warranted for a salary merit increase. Companies need to reward great help. To be able to live in SoCal can be challenging so any appropriate merit increase, I’m sure would be a wise investment in your assets. Today I accidentally locked my key cards in my room and she was able to recall me and my profile. She made me a new key to access my room to free my original keys, LOL. ….clumsy

This hotel provided a great amount of space and comfort in an unbeatably convenient location! The hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful, especially the woman who checked us in, Nike. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and was very kind during check in. When I ran into her later in the lobby, she smiled at me and asked if everything was going well with my stay so far and I thought that was really sweet. The room is clean, has a nice bathroom and an affordable price! Considering Knotts Berry Farm is just 6 minutes away, this is absolutely the most conveniently placed Double Tree when you have tickets!

Mr Tommy Lomboy has always been very accommodating, helpful, and caring to anything we need to make our stay very comfortable and relaxing. He ensures we are always taken care of!

Nike at the front desk was friendly and professional. Answered all my questions with a smile. The stay was comfortable.

My experience is always delightful and the front desk makes me feel welcome and makes sure my stay is good. Would like to thank Nike for always being professional and helpful if I need anything. I visit this hotel a lot so I'm appreciate the hospitality.
