Greetings all! I just have to say after many years of countless visits we have consistently had wonderful stays here at the DoubleTree Buena Park.. Most importantly, the staff and how kind & personable they are. We always check in late at night, usually after midnight and we are greeted with The best smile and welcoming from Heriberto. He is extremely kind and considerate and will make you stay the best possible. After almost 5 years of recognizing my family with our young son whose birthday we were celebrating at Knott's Berry farm, Heriberto went above and beyond with his consistent kindness. Upon check in, He noticed my son was wearing a Star Wars t-shirt and went out of his way to get him a birthday gift with his first very own Stormtrooper Star Wars character and a lovely card written to our boy wishing him the best birthday trip! It's really magnificent to have super kind & thoughtful people like Heriberto who really appreciate their guests, taking pride in their work.. Not to mention always making sure everything is upmost pleasant and all is as happy as can be during their stay at The DoubleTree Buena Park hotel. -Do yourself a favor, and stop looking anywhere else if you're planning on the Buena Park/ Anaheim area and theme parks vicinities. This is the best place for the considerably well priced "resort like" amenities, very clean and well equipped rooms, including super ultra comfortable bedding and pillows. We always know what we're getting and we will always continue to stay there for many years to come!! Thanks again Heriberto!! As always, DoubleTree by Hilton Buena Park is one of the easiest hotels to work with. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and accommodating. I ran into some issues with my reservation after booking through a third-party site, but Nike at the front desk went above and beyond to help resolve everything quickly and efficiently. Nike was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure my stay got off to a smooth start. It’s rare to find customer service that proactive these days, and she turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-managed, but it’s employees like Nike who truly make the difference. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent hospitality. I’ll definitely continue staying here whenever I’m in the area.

The location is very convenient, about 30 minutes from LAX and close to popular local attractions. The hotel staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. My main complaint is that the bathroom shower / tub was not clean and did not drain properly leaving a dirty residue in the tub. While taking a shower the water fill at your feet. It made showering an unpleasant experience.

Excelente service by Nike and Veronica.who’m I came in contact with a few times. Rooms were super clean and the staff was very friendly. Very pleasant experience overall
