Tommy was really helpful clean rooms really nice hotel definitely coming back.

I had a two day stay and upon arrival. I met GSA Simon. He made eye contact with me immediately and welcomed me into the hotel. Simon was very professional, knowledgeable. and above all very courteous. Simon even took the time out to have an extended text conversation with me while I was waiting for my partner’s hair appointment to be completed. Great job Simon. I look forward to staying at your property again. I am a Hilton man and he definitely met my expectations.

The entire place is consistently clean, especially the rooms I usually stay in. The warm cookies are definitely the best! And a special shoutout to Nike, who is always courteous and friendly. The location is also excellent, it is right next to The Source, very close to Knott’s Berry Farm, and surrounded by plenty of great dining options.

Stayed in this hotel 2 nights Simon and Nike were okay for customer service Veronica was not big on customer first but she was okay the manager working with her did not show his name but he was not concerned about the customers at all he was bald or minimal hair and appeared shot but could be average height. But he is not friendly! The room was okay sheets smelled, had to move rooms due to smell of cigarettes only for the second rooms to have a dirty tub that did not drain! Killed a huge moth as well but as a Hilton honors members I can say this hotel needs work they need to work on customer service! The good part is we were 10 min from Disney ! But the nicest part about the hotel is the lobby !
