Stayed for one night, checked in late as we were flying in for Coachella weekend 1. The parking was difficult in a pickup it’s super low down and narrow. But it did fit. However, it’s $50 for parking so you can get in and out. I believe it shouldn’t be so expensive. Check-in staff were okay, but not the best of attitudes. The women who works security of the building was lovely, she helped us park up! Expect to leave a deposit of $100. Which was fine as they clarified we needed to pay this when we made our booking. The hotel feels a little creepy. Never been to LA before so unsure of the area. But the elevator was pretty sketchy. Additionally, somethings just felt a little outdated like the carpets of the hallways. The room was pleasant, I don’t think you can ask for much more for the price and what you pay for. Bed were quite small for 2 people to share. The aircon is SO loud. But everything else was clean and pleasant. I would return again as it was super easy from LAX after flying and renting a car. There’s a petrol station right beside it and also a McDonald’s and Subway and Starbucks a 2 min walk away!

Stayed here for one night to get to the airport the next morning on their free shuttle. Got upgraded to a one bedroom but it is right next to the elevator which can be annoying for some. Turning on the fan to high helped drown out most of the noise. Service was great. The worst experience was the free airport shuttle, most people ended up calling ride shares. I waited 45 minutes before one showed up and it was almost full. Apparently this is a shared shuttle with other hotels and is the last hotel pickup. So if you are planning to take advantage of the free airport shuttle, plan accordingly as this long wait time can happen to you. I will not be staying here again due to the poor shuttle service.

Received a hotel voucher from American Airlines for a stay at this hotel. The hotel shuttle filled the bus with those on the curb ahead of us and we had to wait for the next one. We waited for over an hour and he never came back! The Marriott Shuttle driver felt sorry for us and gave us a ride. Once we got to the hotel we found that there were 20+ people in line ahead of us. It was now 2:30 am and I was dead tired. There was only one receptionist and he was taking ~10 minutes per customer. At 5:30 am we finally got our room. They still charged the $100 deposit. We got about 2 hours sleep and got back to the airport to catch our postponed flight. No apologizes, no communication, They charged me an additional $12 for some unknown reason, which I have had my credit card company dispute. I did not have a good experience with this hotel.
