Hilton Garden Inn Los Angeles Airport

This was our hotel for a night on a bus tour. The check in process for 24 guests was handled with ease. The room was clean and breakfast good.

Decent enough hotel for a layover. I had a half day stay here due to an early arrival with my flight and late departure. The hotel is a short shuttle bus ride from LAX. It has everything you need for a layover and has shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is a little dated here and there but I would stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful and secure. I felt very safe and comfortable. The bedding is AWESOME. I could have slept all day on that bed if given the opportunity. The pool was wonderful; clean, safe, comfortable. Monica checked on me throughout my stay and that was really nice. As an added bonus, the hotel had a cafe that served Starbucks!

I booked this hotel due to closeness to LAX airport and the free shuttle. After waiting for almost an hour for the shuttle that wasn't completely full, I ended up paying $35 to Uber to get to the hotel. As a Hilton Honors member, I often check in on my app and skip the front desk. Not here, even checking in on the app, my digital key would not work. After traveling for 9 hours, the last thing I wanted to do was dig around for my ID for a key. Next time in LA, I will NOT be staying here.

The Hilton Garden Inn LAX Airport is a fairly basic hotel, and they offer a free shuttle service to and from LAX which runs 24 hours a day. The rooms are just average size and theres a bar fridge, tea & coffee making facilities  a microwave, a hair dryer  a safe and a chair. They have an LCD TV with free love to wear and also options to use things like Netflix. The bathroom is small and the shower has average water pressure. The hotel is Handy if you have an early morning or a late night flight and the free shuttle is definitely a bonus.
