Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort

This hotel is really lovely, the rooms are so nice and the whole hotel is kept very clean. The pool area is great and there was always plenty of towels. The whole outside area is kept beautifully and has a nice holiday feel to it. It’s a brilliant location for Disney. The Market shop is also really handy, you can grab all kinds of drinks, snacks and food there, the pizza was delicious and so convenient especially when you’re tired and need to grab something quickly. The only downside to this hotel is the staff are not very friendly or welcoming, and not particularly helpful either apart from the concierge. I asked about the shuttle bus to Disney and I was told it didn’t run anymore by the lady at reception, however we saw it and used it the next day.

Had a wonderful stay here! Perfect for a Disney vacation. I did a lot of research when booking this trip and came across several reviews that said the walk to Disneyland was anywhere from 18-20 minutes. Walking at a normal pace we could go from the Sheraton to the security line at Disneyland in 10 minutes. The other comment I kept seeing in reviews was that guests were unable to change the thermostat in their own room because it supposedly is locked and the temperature is controlled by the hotel. I almost didn't book here because of that and was pleasantly surprised when we got to our room that I could, in fact, adjust the temperature. Additionally, I sometimes have trouble sleeping in hotels in general but slept very well for the 4 nights we were here because the bed was comfortable and the rooms were quiet. We booked the breakfast package and got vouchers to eat at Savor every morning. I like that the options were a little different each day. Also ate dinner there one night. We used the pool and spa every day and both were always clean. This is our new favorite Disneyland hotel!

After coming to this hotel for almost two decades, we cannot say enough amazing things about the club lounge and the entire food and beverage team. Thank you, Victoria, Cesar, Ara, Juliana, and Victor. And thank you to Sal, Walter, Raul, and the entire team in the lobby and at the pool who make sure we have relaxing afternoons and evenings in between exhausting trips to Disney!!

Fantastic hotel within walking distance from Disneyland! Professional and friendly service, room was serviced every day. Walking distance to a CVS, Walgreens, Coffee Bean, ART station, restaurants which is clutch for family Disneyland trip. We were upgraded to a high floor room with a balcony and were able to watch the fireworks from the comfort of our room which was amazing. Zero complaints!
