Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort

Stayed here for a conference which was a 5 minute walk to the conference centre. The room air conditioner didn't seem to be cooling the room very much which was uncomfortable and a call to the front desk didn't provide any resolution or investigation. On the first night, a room cleaner walked into our room and asked when we were checking out. We had just checked in for a multi-night stay. A call to the front desk didn't result in any investigation or follow up on the error. The room was large. The Savor Stone Hearth restaurant in the hotel had excellent food, including the breakfast buffet. Service was great. Tomy was friendly, personable, and we had a great conversation about our families in the restaurant.

I really enjoyed this hotel and the fact that it has a bar at the pool and nice pool and spa, as well as a bar/lounge. The maid service was wonderful also. They also upgraded me to a room with a view of fireworks for my birthday since I am a Marriott Bonvoy member. They also have a large market on site with a Starbucks, and plenty of well priced Disney souvenirs. The only drawback is that they charge daily for the shuttle , parking is $48 for self parking per day, and there is no continental breakfast. I would stay again however as it’s a nice hotel and safe.

Excellent hotel close to all amenities. Nice swimming pool, restaurant, lounges full washing services. Staff very friendly and helpful. I cannot thank Marsha enough for helping resolve my issue and going above and beyond to assist us - thank you soooo much would recommend

Main reason for the rating is we had a bag of handmade gifts, we had received on a cruise that finished in LA. We left the gifts in the room whilst venturing out to Disneyland. When we got back, the bag of gifts had gone. Only explanation is housekeeping threw it away (although not sure why as it wasn’t very light - and we’re saying it’s thrown away as we wouldn’t accuse someone of taking it). Spoke to management, broke down in tears because of how much they meant to us. They raised an insurance claim which…of course…has just been denied because they are denying any responsibility. Absolutely abhorrent. Would never use again. We understand it will have been an accident…but take responsibility. We have footage of us entering the room with the gifts…they will have footage of us leaving without it, and still they refuse to compensate. Disgusting. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I am a frequent traveler and a Marriott Titanium Elite member, so I base my hotel reviews on both brand standards and my personal experiences. I stayed three nights at the Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort while in the area for work. My wife joined me on the trip and spent time at Disneyland, and the location worked very well for both of us. The hotel’s location is excellent. It is within easy walking distance to Disneyland, which made it very convenient for my wife, while I was able to drive to the office easily each day. On-site parking was simple and convenient. I was recognized as a Titanium Elite member and received a room on the top floor, which offered a nice view, including a partial view toward Disney California Adventure. One of the highlights of the stay was the Sheraton Club lounge. In the evening, there were some solid food options available, and in the morning, a full breakfast was offered starting at 6:00 a.m., which worked well for my schedule. The lounge added meaningful value to the stay. The hotel also has a nice pool area and several common spaces to relax, contributing to a comfortable overall experience. Overall, this was a very solid and convenient stay with good amenities and strong lounge access. While it did not have the same “wow” factor as some nearby properties, it delivered a comfortable experience with no issues. I would consider staying here again for a similar trip.
