Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort

Good points 1. Clean rooms 2. Very helpful staff- coffee shop staff, room attendants and the receptionists 3. Close to Disney 4. Security taken seriously Things to improve 1. No kettle in the room for making tea 2. No lifeguards in the swimming pool 3. More toilet facilities near the reception 4. No room service I would recommend this hotel.

Good service at club lounge. The staff Victoria very kindly and helpful. We had very nice memory in here.Thank you so much.

Amazingly friendly hotel. Fantastic location - easy walk to Disney Parks and other local attractions. All staff were attentive and the lounge was great value. A special mention to Victoria who willingly shared her knowledge to make our stay extra special. Her hints and tips were so helpful and she went the extra mile for us. Thank you. 🤩 🤩

Stayed here for 3 nights to visit the disney parks. Nice hotel, we asked for a room high up facing the disney park so we could watch the fireworks and it was great. The pool is a nice size with a pool bar for drinks and lunch, very nice pizzas and chicken burgers! After walking round the parks all day in the heat it was nice to just jump in the pool before dinner. The parks are about 10 mins walk away. Breakfast was a bit expensive $25 each for the buffet but other than that, great hotel. Would definitely stay again.

We almost cancelled our stay here after some negative reviews, however after our 5 night stay to visit Disneyland I am pleased with our stay. Rooms were tidy and modern and air conditioning work perfectly. We didn’t upgrade to fireworks view as was often in the parks and had a lovely view of the pool. My only complaint is the lack of sun beds around the pool which was sometimes busy in the afternoon. It was a pleasant 10 minute walk to Disneyland (depending on traffic lights!) and had lots of options for groceries or eating out around the hotel.
