The manager can use some training. I walked to the ice machine for my baby’s milk and it said if it was out of service dial 0, I went back to my room put my baby to sleep dialed 0 only to be told I had to now wake my baby up and walk down to floor 7 to see if that machine worked for ice because there was NO ONE who could bring ice to my room. My husband loves to gamble but we will not be returning now because my son’s milk will be rotten by tomorrow. Room are cleanish, could use some dusting. It also smells like smoke when you walk into the “nonsmoking” building.

Front desk agent named Julissa was awesome ! she welcomed us , great smile, she made a big deal about my birthday. She made the experience very pleasant It's a good thing she was so great because we were disappointed by the games NOT available!

The online listing was misleading, I was charged despite not staying at the property, and the manager never contacted me to confirm the reservation. I'm currently working with my credit card company. I was also unable to cancel through the platforms.

Hotel is great. Valet is free and the staff are nice. Rooms are nice and clean and the little cafe is affordable and good. The bar is great and you can order food there as well. Casino is really busy. I would definitely recommend. Rooms are like $100 including reset fee and you get a $10 food credit a day.
