The Commerce Casino & Hotel

We were with a group of friends celebrating at a Gala Event with approx 150 of us. Most of us stayed overnight, the rooms are very comfortable with generous amount of room. The service was fantastic, we were very well taken care of. If you a have a group event this should definitely be a consideration.

I unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. Due to unforeseen personal circumstances, along with the facility having a noticeable cigarette smoke smell, I made the decision to cancel my reservation. I spoke with the reservations team by phone and was clearly told that my booking would be voided and canceled. Based on that conversation, I understood that I would receive a full refund. However, when I later contacted my credit card company to confirm, there was no record of any cancellation or refund being processed. Because of this misinformation, I had to book another hotel for the same three days, resulting in being charged twice. This situation could have been avoided with clear and accurate communication. Additionally, my interaction with management was not helpful. The manager was not accommodating and lacked the level of customer service I would expect when trying to resolve an issue like this. Overall, this experience was frustrating and costly, and I would caution others to double-check any cancellation confirmations in writing.

Worst stay experience ever . Someone was smoking weed in the next room and we had to change our room very late at night as the smell got unbearable. The walls are very thin so you will not get any sleep at night. The night of 31st was the worst with 30+ people cramped in a single room making noise and partying . Several complaints yielded no results .. it was so bad that we left a day early and they are not even refunding our money for the night we didn’t stay. If you are traveling with family and kids this is not a place to stay .

Dealers are incompetent. Make way too.many errors. Over look hands Allow people to speak f foreign languages while cards in play

The manager can use some training. I walked to the ice machine for my baby’s milk and it said if it was out of service dial 0, I went back to my room put my baby to sleep dialed 0 only to be told I had to now wake my baby up and walk down to floor 7 to see if that machine worked for ice because there was NO ONE who could bring ice to my room. My husband loves to gamble but we will not be returning now because my son’s milk will be rotten by tomorrow. Room are cleanish, could use some dusting. It also smells like smoke when you walk into the “nonsmoking” building.
