The service was amazing. We were treated with respect, laughter and joy from the time we arrived to the time we departed. All of the employees were exceptional. The rooms were well kept. Beautiful hotel.

Hotel is little bit old but look good. Room is large and clean. Bed is OK and I don't have backpain when wake up. It happens all the time in other hotels. Valet parking is excellent.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, but what really stood out was the staff. Every person we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They always took the time to answer our questions, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find a team that consistently provides such great service with a smile. Thank you to everyone for making our stay such a positive experience. We truly enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

A well attended, great value hotel situated right across the road from the Bellagio. Ideally linked to Paris for even more food choices and pool share. We had an issue with lots of water coming through the light fixture. This was due to the guest above who had left the tap running and flooded their bathroom. We phoned reception and a maintenance man arrived almost immediately. He thanked us for reporting the issue, removed the light and drained off the water. He apologised for the inconvenience and asked if we wanted to move rooms. He did assure us that the issue was resolved and asked such we decided not to move. This kind of response and service is rare these days, so all credit to this hotel as guest satisfaction appears to be paramount.

We were with a group of friends celebrating at a Gala Event with approx 150 of us. Most of us stayed overnight, the rooms are very comfortable with generous amount of room. The service was fantastic, we were very well taken care of. If you a have a group event this should definitely be a consideration.
