Clarion Inn and Suites Miami Airport

Don't plan your flight around there shuttle...unless u want to miss it Rental cars never open, u call the number no one answers, they call back , I answer the phone, there silent, like trying to see who I am, B4 they answer..what??? Bed was great...heat/a/c came on when it wanted not by controls.. If I could give 0 stars Never again.. Big disappointed

I used to come to this hotel when it was a Comfort Inn.nothing spectacular but serves the purpose. We only stayed one night before the cruise. Is right next to the airport and they have a free shuttle. They also offer cruise port transportation for 12$. What i absolutely hate in these old style American hotels is that they never have a central ceiling light. Only lamps all over the room. The tv is very small and so far from the bed that we couldn’t see anything anyway so it didn’t matter that it barely has 5 channels. No noise from the airport which is very good

Probably one of the worst places I've ever stayed this place is disgusting. Trust the reviews they are accurate to the condition of this hotel. Front desk staff is rude and inconsiderate and have no customer service skills whatsoever. It is a shame that choice hotels puts their brand on this hotel.
