Holiday Inn Express & Suites Miami - Hialeah

The hotel is okay, and the staff is excellent and very helpful. The service, noise level, atmosphere, location, value, and amenities are all very good. Where they fall short is in cleanliness. I'll post a picture of the stain in the entrance (the first impression). In the room, the tables were covered in dust as if they hadn't been cleaned in over a week. The bed was very comfortable, but I'll post a picture of a sharp metal edge that I cut myself on twice. They have laundry facilities and a very good breakfast. They fail at the easy things; the difficult things they do well. It's a hotel best left for a short stay due to the poor cleanliness of the facilities.

there are roosters there that will wake you up in the morning, at night there seems to be a drag strip road really close , car racing engines all night

Olga and Maria are excellent employees. The breakfast is the best in the world. Me and my family enjoyed it all. Thank you for your service.

TERRIBLE FRONT DESK LEADERSHIP!!! I have been trying to get assistance from this property and they speak to you as if you are stupid, NO HOSPITALITY at all, very terrible service. They need training and or a new staff. I spoke to 3 different females at the front desk and one of them was a "Supervisor or Manager" and she was the poorest customer service, which makes sense why the other two were mirroring her terrible customer service. All we as the guest want is guidance and assistance not to treat us like we don't matter. I highly recommend a new staff at the front desk and or Front Desk Leadership Quick before they run this place down to ground!

Here now. This hotel is only suitable for overnight. Staff rude and not helpful. Breakfast is disgusting and unsanitary, laundry room expensive, dryer needs two spins and the front desk has no coins to accommodate guest use. He told me to walk down the road to the gas station. Last night we needed a towel and he said thatI have to come down to get it. Rooms small...elevators are old. Best thing is the parking.
