Holiday Inn Express & Suites Miami - Hialeah

The Wifi in my room was extremely slow which made my 1 month stay a very poor experience. There was zero connection in the bedroom and it only worked slowly closer to the door. Do not come here if you need to work on anything important. Another issue were the key cards which stopped working every two days and made me have to ask reception for new ones every time. Positive aspects are the amenities (pool, gym, laundry room) and breakfast. Reception was also kind and helpful. And the hotel was walking distance from the hospital where I was rotating which made it easier without a car. It is just unfortunate that the wifi was so bad that it ruined a one month stay.

Everything was very clean and nice and Maria at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

All was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Maria, job wel done👏👏.

The hotel is okay, and the staff is excellent and very helpful. The service, noise level, atmosphere, location, value, and amenities are all very good. Where they fall short is in cleanliness. I'll post a picture of the stain in the entrance (the first impression). In the room, the tables were covered in dust as if they hadn't been cleaned in over a week. The bed was very comfortable, but I'll post a picture of a sharp metal edge that I cut myself on twice. They have laundry facilities and a very good breakfast. They fail at the easy things; the difficult things they do well. It's a hotel best left for a short stay due to the poor cleanliness of the facilities.

there are roosters there that will wake you up in the morning, at night there seems to be a drag strip road really close , car racing engines all night
