Provident Doral At The Blue

The units are spacious but are dirty (floors are filthy) and in need of updating. The staff are rude, unfriendly and unprofessional.

Customer service was great and food was awesome

Location is great for pre cruise .Resort was horrible!! Upon arrival it was nighttime so resort looked amazing until we entered the room we paid almost $385 for one night and it was horrible. They did refund the money however at 11at night we had to look elsewhere. They claim they were booked out. I believe they give certain accommodations to certain people honestly !! I do have a video couldn’t upload here but will definitely post in google and media
