Provident Doral At The Blue

My family and I were displaced from major water damage and stayed here for 5 months. We were very well taken care of. Whatever we needed was handled so quickly. I love the entire team from front desk, maintenance to house keeping and Sales dept. Top notch and such humble people. The views of the sunsets from the balconies are stunning. This place is surrounded by the most beautiful trees and flowers. I learned about the Moon Flower here, they are closed during the day and open at night and have a sweet fragrance. Its really nice right now which is ending October. The walks we took had the most beautiful hibiscus 🌺 trees and were greeted with plants butterflies and ladybugs. The prices to eat and drink while relaxing at the pool are very reasonable and the kids loved the pool. Parents have safe views which made it so worth the stay. I highly recommend this wonderful gem. I would have never known of this wonderful hidden getaway had we not been displaced. Bad things may happen but good things equally can also happen simultaneously. Silvana and Provident Team. Thank you for everything.

Was on a business trip room was comfortable. The convenience of having a full refrigerator and microwave in the room was a plus. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Carlos was very attentive during breakfast and made the visit to breakfast every morning pleasant.

René is very good. Very friendly!

Delicious food and excellent service by Carlos Liscano

Asked for fresh towels and room to be cleaned in the am. Returned in the pm and nothing done. Told no housekeeping available after 5pm Why not offer me another room as hotel was empty? Asked for a refund and front desk offered me 20% off Finally they contacted the manager and I was given a refund on my second night. Sad as I have stayed there before, but I wont be back
