
What was supposed to be a family trip became an extremely stressful and unsafe experience, and I believe your leadership team needs to be aware of the serious issues we encountered. Upon arrival, we were informed that an add-on protection or insurance policy advertised online could not actually be purchased either online or at the front desk. This was extremely frustrating and felt misleading, as customers are presented with an option that is apparently unavailable in practice. We were given no reasonable explanation as to why this service could not be added despite it being promoted during booking. Unfortunately, the issues only escalated from there. Our first three-bedroom villa immediately presented maintenance concerns, including a clogged toilet and a shower that would not turn off. While these issues were frustrating on their own, the final breaking point occurred in the third bedroom of that villa. After closing the door to the third bedroom, we discovered that the door would not reopen properly. My husband was eventually able to force it open, at which point we realized the interior door handle was completely missing. This created a serious safety hazard. Had a child been inside alone, they may not have been able to exit the room safely. We immediately contacted the front desk and requested to be moved due to what we considered an unacceptable and potentially dangerous condition. We were then moved to a second three-bedroom villa. While the doors in this villa were at least functional, the condition of the accommodations still fell far below reasonable hospitality and safety standards. Among the issues we encountered in the second villa: * Dirty and poorly maintained conditions throughout the unit * Wet carpet caused by condensation leaking from the air conditioning unit * Loose door handles that appeared close to falling off * A toilet that required repeated filling and manual manipulation in order to flush properly * General conditions that did not reflect the quality or cleanliness advertised online The most disturbing discovery, however, was finding what appeared to be a handmade shank or weapon inside a drawer in the living room area. Thankfully, it was discovered by an adult and not by a child. Finding an object like this in a guest accommodation is deeply concerning and completely unacceptable from a safety standpoint. By this point, we had already relocated once and did not have the time or flexibility to move to another property altogether. We stayed out of necessity, not satisfaction. This experience did not reflect the accommodations or standards advertised by your resort, and we would never recommend this property to others based on what we experienced. Given the unsafe conditions, repeated maintenance failures, cleanliness concerns, and serious safety issues, we believe a refund or other meaningful resolution is warranted. More photographs documenting the conditions described above can be provided upon request, especially of the shank with a random airline ticket. I would appreciate a prompt response from management regarding how you intend to address this matter.

I would like to express my gratitude to Damaylu who was our poolside server . She was AMAZING!!! She made my birthday even more special. Everything we ordered was served promptly and with attention to detail. She always made sure that we were satisfied with our food, drinks 🥤, and the service!❤️❤️ Hope she gets to serve us again in the future!!!
Location is perfect. Plenty to do in the area. Rooms have everything and very spacious and clean. Great rates. We will be back. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly
