We recently stayed at the Ramada Plaza in North Miami Beach and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. They kindly allowed us to check in early, which made a huge difference after traveling, and they were just as flexible when it came time to check out, letting us stay a little later than scheduled. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help. It really felt like they wanted to make sure we had a comfortable and stress-free stay. The extra flexibility with our check-in and check-out times made the trip much more relaxing and enjoyable. The pool was heated and very comfortable, and being steps away from a beautiful beach was amazing. The view from our room was one of the best we have ever had. Overall, the customer service stood out the most. We truly appreciated how welcoming and accommodating the staff was, and it made our visit to North Miami Beach even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting the area.

Not sure where to begin. We did not choose to stay here it was part of a package.1. The room was dirty, floors, dusty headboard 2. Plastic outdoor chairs inside the room 3. Shower , strange mixing tap, my friend who is frail got burnt 4. Cooking smells 5. Smell of drugs 6. Pool side area dusty 7 .Entrance to gym/ spa really scruffy 8. Took more money off my card than what was itemised on the final invoice 9. Hotel manager has not responded to an email sent as soon as I got home hence posting on here. 10. Found out the room we stayed in had been sold and the owner would take up occupancy two weeks after our stay. This room was completely neglected and was not fit for purpose!
