Comfort Inn JFK Airport

Almost all aspects of this hotel are poor 1. The airport shuttle is scheduled only once in an hour, that too is unpunctual 2. The front desk staff is disinterested in everything. 3. The card machine cannot accept cards that have a verification pin 4. The twin double bedded room supposed to accommodate 4 adults doesn’t have space even to stretch your arms. We had ro move the furniture around to accommodate the luggage and open the main door. This one’s so bad that Comfort Inns are now definitely out of consideration for all future travel - it’s more discomfort than comfort

The room although quite compact was adequate and had everything my wife and I needed. It was very clean and well kept. The breakfast was included, but in all honesty was very basic. Three hot items and some muffins, toast and fruit. The hotel was not in the best location and as the parking was in the streets around the property, If you were a single female arriving late at night it would be quite intimidating trying to find a parking spot. Some reviews I read before our visit stated that there was limited parking on site for a fee. But this was incorrect and not the case. It may not sound like it, but on the whole our stay was very pleasant and value for money.

I paid three nights I had to go out to the second for work reasons, but in the two days there was a person to clean my room I found the same garbage, in the shower when one bathes the water comes out and one must use the same garbage plus body towels to prevent the water from coming out of the bathroom, this is reported and the reception never solve anything, they do not have parking for cars and we should have left our car outside, terrible service, attention, and bathrooms terrible place and expensive, right in front of the Trucks that transport garbage. Terrible.
