Hyatt Place Long Island East End

Overall a great propert y conveniently located in town where dining and shopping are easily accessible. Parking was an issue at the hotel and had to park across the street. This might be incovenient for guests with luggage or small kids since this is right on main street and lots of traffic.

I was vey pleased with my trip to the Hyatt East End. I wanted to do something special with my two daughters, ages 7 and 10 for spring break but didn’t want to travel far. We had a one night stay. My room was ready for me when I got there at 10:00 am. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and huge. The girls had a fabulous time in the pool. They also had a free bug encounter event the night we were there which was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed our stay immensely and definitely will be back for another “staycation”. It was perfect for what we were looking for!

Clean, well maintained hotel. Nice size room for a few nights. Good daily on-time breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Good to great nearby restaurants.

Amazing hotel and staff was very accomodating, rooms were extremely clean and the layout is awesome. Stayed here for a friends wedding that was next door and they allowed us to all go back to the lobby after the wedding. Highly recommend

The overall experience was much better than I anticipated. I was just looking for a place to crash with the family before going to the Aquarium and Outlets the next day. The staff with very inviting and informative. They let me know about the indoor pool (which my daughters LOVED) they also told us they had Game Night going on in the Lobby. The Pool area was so clean the water didn't smell or taste like chemicals. The free towel bin was convenient. The Room was spotless the pullout sofa bed was soft Not broken. The linens were clean.
